This is scam company . I never received the items that I bought .

Scam. I never got a shipping confirmation. Their online tracking service says my order was delivered, but I never received anything. Have attempted contacting them multiple times with no response. It has been three weeks.

SCAM!!! No tracking of my order, no social media,no adress, they ignoring emails. Please contact thencsc.gov uk and report it. Also contact ur bank.

Fake business! They don’t respond and i never received what i bought. SCAM!

It’s a scam until proven otherwise.
I ordered on 6 February, haven’t heard anything back since then. It’s 18 February now and the estimated delivery date has passed without any updates or tracking number.
It’s such a shame to exploit a sacred event like Ramadan to steal money!!!

Contacted my card company to file a dispute once 3 of my emails were not answered. 110% a scam company run by someone who wants to steal money from Muslim families.

So I ordered yesterday and got an email back. Decided to check reviews - maybe gut feel and I was right… no good reviews here / I have asked card company to refund my amount which they will do once the dispute has been reviewed. There is no way of contacting them so It does look like a total scam site.

SCAM. Do not purchase. No one has received their order and also all products are stolen off of retailers with a real online following.
Handofnoura was advertised on instagram yet they have zero social media or online presence besides their website that has not changed in weeks stating “sale is ending today”
Save your money. So disappointing to see someone take advantage of Muslim families trying to create a beautiful Ramadan experience.

I should’ve done my research before ordering but it’s been almost 2 weeks (Jan 29) since I made the purchase. I’ve only received a confirmation but nothing about my order being processed or a tracking number. I’ve tried to be patient but I may have to reach out to my credit card company to dispute

Scam. Took money and never sent product.

I contacted them only through email to get tracking number but they referred me to the website to enter order number and email to get status on shipment date. I read on the site that all the orders are being shipped from Turkey but perhaps managed from the US… not sure. If I don’t get the order within date given then will dispute the transaction and report to the bank. I did notice that the items are copycat items from another seller I think Muslim wall art.

Update… order never came 3 weeks in. Bank was contacted and I’m sure they’ll likely get tracked and in trouble for this. Bank refunded money.

There should be a way that Facebook blocks their ads.

handofnoura.com was created very recently (01/21/2026). The product images appear to be taken from various other Islamic art websites, not original photos. The payment on my card shows up as WHOP*THEROWANLANE, which does not match the store name, and the site itself appears to be a basic Shopify setup.

Although my order currently shows as “on the way,” I was never provided with any tracking information. There is also no phone number, no physical address, and no social media presence listed anywhere on the website, which is a major red flag.
At this point, I do not believe I will receive my order. Please be careful and do not fall for the discounts or offers until this business proves to be legitimate.

The websites claims to have 1500+ Trustpilot reviews but apparently it does not. Also, site uses shopify but payment gateway does not use standart shopify url but sends you to a subdomain. Most likely cheat.
