handscraft.com Avis

This is the second order I've placed with this company (both as birthday gifts for out of state friends) and I've found they deliver on time, easy tracking, and accurate delivery, and my friends seem delighted with their gifts!

My partner absolutely loved this. I will be purchasing more!!

This company hands down is fantastic! I'm obsessed with the new ideas you guys keep coming up with. Great quality products, easy to follow instructions and fast shipping every time. Thank you for all the joy you bring me with each craft.

Beautiful quality! Great price! Will definitely order again!

Timely delivery. Well packaged. Unique sets.

Everything went well, was packaged appropriately and sent on a timely basis.

Happy with my kit and delivery was quick!

Hands Craft seems to be manipulating their prices amid the tariff wars. It feels very sketchy. i reached out to them, but they wouldn't compromise. Not a good way to run a business.

Awesome book nooks, just what i was looking for.

I love all my purchases! Easy to assemble,
and fun to use. The lighted kits are are my favorite!

High quality product, definitely a great experience

Shipped so quickly and in great condition.

NO customer service or warranty support at all. After numerous emails to them. Disappointed.

Finally I did receive a response and they are working to provide warranty support. It’s a shame it took this much effort, but they gave been very kind and good about it once we were able to connect.

I received the replacement display case and it is working fine. Thank you for your assistance.

The person who helped me was kind and understanding. This is my first model and having someone who can answer questions is super helpful!

Nice variety of animals. Prompt shipping and delivery. My son has done literally thousands of these animal puzzles. I hope you continue to offer them.

Love their book nooks - have done 2 and they are so well made!

I bought the Under the Sea bookshelf kit. This was the first time trying this type of puzzle craft. The images were brightly colored and easy to take apart. the instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put this together without issue. Some joints were super tight, so needed some muscle. I think this is appropriate for teens and adults. It is now sitting on a shelve with children books for my granddaughters.

We've been doing 3D puzzles for a few years as a family and enjoy them. We got the Book Nook and no one enjoyed it. The crafters glue was stringy, so it stuck to other parts, and it turns out, the lines to put the shelves like up perfectly on two walls. Unfortunately, for it to go together, one line needed to be down a bit so now that it's together, one wall won't fit. Biggest complaint was the book covers, why not use peel and press instead of blobs of glue to keep them attached to the wood? But we're starting a new puzzle, Cathy's Flower House. Hopefully a better report on that one.

Speedy delivery. Item as described. Kids loved them.
