Sorry that you had some issues with your dryer in terms of correcting an error that you had. We do have a dedicated customer service team who are happy to help as well as the guys in our technical team who should be here to help. Every now and then we do get some very minor issues that need to be fixed and would of been happy to help in any way as possible. Should you have any more issues please let us know.
Purchase from Handydryers UK
We purchased 3 Kangarillo Hand dryers from this company not only did we get the lowest price we could find they upgraded the machines to a better model sent them straight away and got the V.A.T zero export correct.
I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered one dryer and it was with us the next day, we liked the crocodillo so much we ordered another four and were with us the following day. Brilliant service and brilliant hand dryers. Thankyou

'Hot Service' from The Hand Dryer Company!
Already had tried one of the Kangarillo Hand Dryers and found it a really good product.
Now replacing another four in our washrooms. Well made and stylish product and excellent service on the delivery. Ordered by 12.00 on Tuesday and delivered the next day - you can't ask for anything better. All we've got to do now is get them fitted!!

A quick easy response to our issue.
We called to highlight a fault with 2 of our hand dryers. We had a new one sent out for next day delivery and we sent our back to be investigated.
The impact to our business was zero. A smooth transaction.
