The product is in accordance with the advertisement and the delivery shipping is quite fast !

If you can buy these hand dryers somewhere else, then I would suggest you do.

I ordered 2 and paid extra for next day pre 12 noon delivery. They didn't arrive and then I spent a further 1.5 days chasing them. They use APC Couriers for delivery and they seem to be hopeless. The dryers were eventually delivered 1.5 days late at 5.30pm. I gather other customers have also had delayed deliveries.

I had no problems at all dealing with this company. Ordered 12 hand dryers which were delivered the next day as promised.

--Still waiting for considered comment from the ladies in the loo but Nigel who installed the dryer rated it as good and effective.The parcel arrived as promised and on time ,the following day meant just that. My only niggle would be the compulsory delivery charge of £10 plus vat as standard ,which I did not pick up on until I had committed myself to buy.

We needed two hand dryers urgently, and the Crocodillo T's looked good online. Ordering was fine - except there was no option for delivery other than to pay for certain delivery slots. We chose the option that best suited.
Delivery didn't happen.
Another time was promised, but instructions were ignored. Delivery didn't happen.
'It would be delivered next day we were told' . . . you guessed it!
Finally, the deivery company sent a taxi out - which took all day to arrive - and the Croc's were here.
They're really good, but I'm sure you can work out what we think about the delivery.

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the ordering process was and how quickly the goods were delivered.

I had already installed several of these hand-dryers in the school so knew what to expect, that is why I ordered another one. They are an excellent, effective solution to drying hands in a school environment.

I needed `Customer Services` because of an error, and you responded positively & immediately !

Have used them on a number of occasions and on each they have done exactly what it says on the tin, (to borrow a phrase).

Last time used I needed a delivery the next day and called at 5pm fully expecting the usual negative response one might expect, instead the person on the end of the phone said that would be fine and arranged it there and then.
Product and especially customer service all exceptional.

You have to love this company. One call, great advice, next day it's here and everyone is happy.

The Gorillo hand dryer is one of the best blade dryers on the market and handydryers were quick to dispatch the items to me.
Sadly, the APC delivery driver was a bit gormless and didn't read the 'leave with any neighbour' instructions on the label. As I'd already booked an electrician to fit the dryers, the 40 mile round trip to collect the items from APC in Derby was NOT what I wanted.

In all aspects the service was excellent - ease of placing order, status information updates and delivery as promised.
Product meets all expectations.
However have one question - Why is unit fitted with a 2 pin round plug which is not acceptable for use in this country? Why is the drier not fitted with internal connection block?
