The Company offers a wide range of house maintenance services. The estimator was prompt and polite, and their customer services staff were efficient. Their main issue is their pricing, as they are in competition with much smaller companies and sole traders. Prices were three times higher than other quotes for replacement fencing.

Very quick and easy to arrange an electrician. Very helpful, polite, professional on the phone. Arranged an electrician in four minutes. Given all the information I needed. Just remain polite and professional on the phone. Will definitely be using again if I need an electrician and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very polite and efficient
The service is straight forward and efficient. As an agent, they obviously rely on the quality of the specialist, who will actually do the work, but in my experience the work has always been excellent. One major positive for me is that they always make a personal call, to confirm your order, rather than just relying on impersonal emails. This is one of the main reasons why I will be using them next time, they seem to actually care about what they're doing.

The electrician didn't solve the issue…
There were few ceiling lights off and the switch is making a buzzing sound. The electrician came and replaced the switch. The ceiling lights though still didn't come on. The electrician quoted another 1500 to "properly" fix the issue. I contacted the company and the electrician called me back and rudely told me I shouldn't have done that.
The company took the cost of the switch off. But still charged me the hourly rate of £99 +VAT for the abysmal service I received. The job is NOT done and the issue remains, regardless of whether a switch has been changed. It is not the root cause of the issue!

never use this company again
never use this company again. They have so many bad electricians. Not solve your problem but still charge you hourly rate. Now I have to find another electrician to solve the problem.

Prompt and efficient service
They got in touch very promptly, and everyone I spoke to at the office was very polite and efficient, as was the electrician who did the work. I needed the new socket installed before a decorator was arriving, so had a tight timescale - they were able to get the electrician to me the following day, allowing my other work to continue on schedule.

Slow to respond and to solve the issue
Came in on a Monday to fix a leak in the toilet, took them 2 days to send the quote for the fix. Once we paid 50% deposit to fix they changed the date of the repair and now we cannot use the toilet for a whole week just to fix a minor leak.

An excellent job. My only reservation is that I was not informed that the plumber had been delayed on a previous job. Whilst I fully understood this, it would have been helpful to know that he was going to be late. Nonetheless, overall, a really excellent serviced that Iwould use again.
