Worst company to work with, mostly the behaviour of single person can define the whole things, sanjeev or sandeep, worst guy ever seen in my life, do not go for the cheap, server performance issues, very slow and legging and not getting the bandwidth as promised. Please do not go for the cheap hosting, it will be very headache for you.

disgusting service provider please play 20%-30% extra and get 200%-300% better service

I experienced extremely poor service when I attempted to establish an online company from home as a single person. After just one month, the email service we purchased ceased functioning, and despite my inquiries, I received no responses from the support team.

Hi i have purchased vps server from this company
now i have put entire data on it.
as due to our work we can not shift our data suddenly to other company . so we thought this company is reliable.
but there vps get switch off automaticly.
when you raised the tickets customer support tell you that its tech problem and it comes every days 4-5 times
after that if you ask them to resolve it asap.
they tells you that you are doing argue and you are not good person to talk.
they will suddenly stop your server and give refund.
now your entire work gone and at mid night you have to find other service provider .
specialy mr sandeep has pathetic way of talking to customer they ask you at mid night to refund and stop your work.
there way of treat customer is pathetic and unprofessional.
today at mid of night they told me to refund and close server.
even they dont wanna correct their tech error for entire day.

Don't buy VPS or any service from hapihost
all are unskilled hired and don't have the manners to talk to customers just giving excuses I've sent a ticket about ping getting too many packet losses which cause server down. they ignore me and give excuses we have a firewall bla bla bla & call Mr. Sandeep
and they'll suspend your VPS before the due date and not even give your data for 5 minutes of activation
pay more and go for good don't go with such a cheap trap thank god I was taken for a month.

One of the cheating Web hosting company. I purchased a VPS 8Core plan with cPanel. For activating the hosting they took one day. and Afterwards installation of website, the server response is high and they have poor server. I asked to the support team, but they replied after 6 hours. One of the worst hosting in my life. Never support anything.

Bought VPS and Plesk License .Company Falied to provide any service . My advice never buy any plesk license from reseller like HAPIH HOST as plesk will never provide you support as support is the domain of reseller if you buy from them and these resellers don't have any technical expertise to support for any assistance . Not worth saving any money by buying from resellers . I faced few issues and had to struggle to get any support as Hapih host asked me to contact the VPS seller which is contabo. How contabo will support for plesk license ? You can not send any support mail to plesk as they require use to submit license and when we submit license we get the message that license is bought through reseller and ask for support from reseller and reseller are use less. Also plesk ask for buying support pack if we want any resolution. So there is no money saved by buying from resellers like HAPIH HOST
