Delivery awful…
Like all other reviews ordered to be delivered on the 30th December they didn't come till the 31st yea its only one day but don't ask what day you want it delivered if you can't fulfill it
Despicable Company
I am so upset and this experience has exacerbated my grief !
My daughter sadly had a miscarriage yesterday and was naturally devastated so I ordered a bouquet to be delivered to her today 31st December and this date was confirmed on the order form.
I have just had a message from Royal Mail saying delivery will be in two days time - Unbelievable ! I feel so deceived !
I most definately would not of ordered from this company if they could not deliver today.
There’s no way of contacting the company other than emailing which I have done but it probably won’t be looked at now for two days.
Please don’t order from this company
Delivery times not as expected
What a shambles, ordered flowers on 14th December for delivery 23rd December, flowers left the factory on 23rd December but did not arrive until 27th December. Email company who advised flowers would be delivered 24th still did not arrive. I was then informed on 27th flowers had been delivered, yes this is correct however some of flowers had withered. Emailed company again, lots of excuses: postal period was busy, can only make a complaint after 3 working days, offer of postage back twice, want flowers to be sent back in original box, it’s now 5 days since delivery. Honestly disappointed with this customer service, feels like generated messages, will not be using this company again, very annoyed and disappointed customer.

Ordered flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve they arrived on 27th completely dead, I have contacted the company who offered 25% refund but I actually want another bouquet of flowers sending… I left a review on the actual website that as now been removed & it won’t let me post another or post any of the pictures… this company is absolutely terrible.. the company should never have said they could meet delivery

Not sure what the point in allowing customers to select a specific delivery date is for because it’s about as useful as a chocolate fire guard ! Not impressed . Wished I’d of looked at the reviews for company first 😞 .

I ordered flower Saturday for delivery sunday, I didn’t receive anything yet It's so awful, I'm really disappointed, it was £22, including £5 postage, don't trust them at all..don't order never ever. Mine party is Monday have, not sure what to do.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid - ordered a week before my friends birthday so they would arrive on time. Got a dispatch notice in the morning hoping they would arrive they Never arrived. Got a message saying delivery date not guaranteed wta - why run a delivery company if you cannot deliver to your loved ones on their birthday. This is an alias company under various company names pleaese you have been warned avoid.

I am thinking this is a company I used a while ago. (Under a different name). Service abysmal. Problems I am reading are same issues and dreadful customer service I had received. Can't find if this was another company who have changed their name because of complaints they received. Just sounds very similar. If so, need a complete overhaul of staff from Management down. NOT just a new name. Just found out by searching. It was the company I had used who have now renamed. To many coincidences I thought.
2 days delay with birthday flowers
On Friday 29 Nov I have placed an order for birthday flowers to be delivered on 30 Nov. I have chosen this company because (according to their website) it was possible to deliver the flowers next day- 30 Nov. On Sunday 1 Dec I have received an email from Happy Days Factory, informing that my order will be delivered on Monday 2 Dec!!!!! I have sent the email to Happy Days Factory asking for explanations and they responded to me telling me that only orders placed before 5 pm are for next day delivery and I have placed the order after 5pm. They did not inform me about this while I was placing the order. I had other companies which could deliver flowers on time, but I chose them and I regretted it. Every time I send an email I recieve a response saying the same. So, it looks that it may be an automatic response or no one takes my query seriously. This entire situation is not acceptable! They provided me with misleading information and their website allowed me to chose date which was not possible for them to complete the order! Finally, the birthday flowers have been delivered 2 days later than promised. I am very disappointed and will never use their services again.

Ordered flowers for next day delivery (which was advertised and I paid for) to be advised it’s just an advisory. Spoke to customer service and they were extremely rude and unapologetic.
Flowers looked limp and nothing like the photo when they eventually arrived.

On 29/10 Ordered flowers for a Birthday present to be delivered in West Midlands on 4/11. received email on 1/11 to say on the way however not delivered until 5/11 which was the day AFTER the due date. The order was placed in plenty of time to allow correct day of delivery. First time using this company and would not use again due to this and non reply to emails. Will go back to more reliable companies previously used.

Appalling customer service. Ordered a “large” bouquet to be delivered to my sister. Gift card contained no details of sender and the actual flowers delivered where substandard and in no way equivalent to what they had advertised.
The bouquet I ordered included gerberas and roses, what was delivered was gerberas and petrol station cheap carnations (total of 16 stems plus 1 stem of Gypsophila & 1 piece of fern which is fewer stems compared to even their standard bouquet.
When I saw what they’d sent I contacted the Customer Service team but their replies where dismissing and totally unsatisfactory.
Their last response by email was as below: “Good Afternoon M****
We will not be offering you compensation for this order.
Many thanks”
I was astonished by this reply as I hadn’t asked for compensation, and all I wanted was in fact the flowers I’d ordered and paid for.
Do not use this company if you actually expect them to keep to their contract with their customers and supply as ordered or a suitable equivalent replacement to the same standard and quality.

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company!! As per everyone else I did not receive a confirmation email or update on the order. Flowers were supposed to be delivered today, when I have made contact I have received a very poor response that basically tells me they do not guarantee delivery in a specific time frame. The email itself also does not look professional which is concerning.

Just received a message from royal mail, about flowers today they were delivered in the end on time and looks lovely,pity happy flowers didn't acknowledge my payment on Saturday then I wouldn't have worried
Awful customer service, I would advise avoiding this company
I paid for next day delivery and the products have not been delivered and I’m still waiting the day after. The customer service line ends after 3 minutes and just states they are too busy with other customers. I have made 8 calls up to yet and have still not managed to speak to anyone. I have sent 3 e-mails and I have had no response either. Horrible customer service as you’re in the dark especially when my initially call was to see why I haven’t received an order confirmation e-mail or my tracking details. This company really needs to look at how they’re running things as it’s shocking. Hopefully someone gets in touch soon to resolve this.
Not next day delivery
Took a next day delivery. Flowers wasn't delivered next day. Customer service said would never of been delivered next day as ordered after 5pm. This company should not of took the order if this was the case

3 days later, they still haven't arrived. Despite 3 emails, and a phone call, in which I had to leave a message because all their advisors were busy, I've had no response from them at all.
Utterly disgusting way to treat people.
I have asked for a refund, but I'm not holding my breath on that.
I'm seriously considering reporting them to trading standards
