Can't believe I fell for this rubbish site,on their website they obviously put good reviews. ,rude ignorant company promise delivery but doesn't turn up on date don't answer phones or return voicemail AVOID I'M FUMING ,stick to village florists next time if you want your flowers to turn up on day you asked

The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the bouquet on the website. Specifically, some of the expensive lilies had been swapped out for cheap chrysanthemums. Additionally, the packaging came in a box that said "Lovely Flora World". I've ordered from LFW once before, and was embarrassed by my gift because the flowers were completely dead within two days. If I'd known that these two companies were somehow connected, I never would have ordered with happy days factory.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this company is a scam company avoid at all cost. They entice you with flowers on sale then when they turn up they aren't what you ordered. You pay extra for large and they come as regular. They are scamming people out of money. Check the reviews on their site this company needs boycotting and brought to administration. Absolute set of parasites AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered for funeral for Sunday delivery . When I received tracking notification it said delivery Monday the day of the funeral. I contacted them twice and they weren't interested. Luckily they arrived just before we left . The flowers were very small and petals were falling off . Waste of money. Would not recommend

Decided not to go with this company. Advertised as "free delivery" but they then tried to add delivery at checkout.

Arrived on time. Good price. Beautiful flowers that lasted.

Ordered large bouquet to care home. Sent different carnations but that wasn't my issue. Small bouquet sent! They suggested I return at my cost in original packaging ..they were placed in the room already by carers! Then adamant Senior Florist said what I ordered was sent. I sent proof, again, with photos. They eventually recognised difference in bouquet size yet said they couldn't offer replacement or refund! All I wanted was price difference between Large as ordered and small delivered. Not really difficult .. seems it is for them! AVOID if you want good customer service.

Ordered in December 2024, Looked nothing like the fragrant star bouquet on their website. Some Flowers and green foliage missing and no bow! Dreadfull customer service very rude. To be frank they looked half dead! Please don't waste your money! I felt embarrassed as they were a gift to my aunt and at first she didn't show me any photos, when I asked her for a photo I knew why! Awful! The customer service don't even reply to emails and when they eventually do they certainly don't want to accept anything was wrong with the order. Do not buy! Rude customer services too!

Placed an order on Friday for next day delivery on Saturday. Flowers did not arrive. Now have sent 3 emails to the company demanding my money back and cancel my order. No response.
Terrible company avoid at all costs.
20/01/25 update.
Dispite emails sent to this company to cancel this order they still sent the flowers which arrived today. (Not in a good state)
They said that because I ordered after 5pm on Friday that the flowers would not arrive on Saturday, but on Monday instead.
When I ordered these on Friday it allowed me to select Saturday delivery and even sent me a confirmation email stating that they would be delivered on the Saturday.
Their website, their fault, no mention in the website that if you order after 5pm on Friday for Saturday delivery they wouldn’t arrive until Monday.
As for their customer service. They do not respond to any emails over the weekend and do not understand consumer rights. I have had no option but to now escalate this issue to trading standards.

Ordered flowers on Friday evening and specifically used this company as they said it was for next day delivery and they were not delivered until three days later. When I approached the company they said as being as I ordered after 5pm on the Friday I was too late for next day delivery… despite the web site telling me they would be delivered the next day. The flowers when they arrived were nothing special.

I Sent flowers to family in Scotland. The flowers received look nothing like the pictures on the website. Although they did arrive when expected, I was very disappointed with what was delivered. Rose petals were already dropping, while the Lillies weren’t even opened yet. I bought the scented arrangement but the Lillie’s weren’t even the scented ones, as stated on the website. Rather go to a local florist and pay a bit extra.

Wish i'd read trust pilot reveiws first, i would never have used them, flowers arrived late and the Bouque could have been bought at my local filling station for a fiver l was able to cover the Ballon with my hand BIGGEST RIP OFF EVER, do not use this bunch of scammers, l left a reveiw on the site but it is not being shown according to them they are 5 star, they are not only scammers but a bunch of LIARS TOO

I got flowers sent to a friend after he had a surgery and the flowers received were half dead. My friends hadn't said anything until a few days after as they didn't want to seem ungrateful but I'm glad they ended up mentioning about the poor quality of the flowers.
I contacted CS but they told me that the complaint couldn't be dealt with as it wasn't reported within 3 days from the day of the delivery. I understand that flowers are perishable and don't last but they should last at least 6/7 days rather that 2 days because they are already half dead.
I'm glad my friends complained about the quality even after a few days, because I thought it was important to give feedback to the company but it seems like there's no point as complaints are not dealt with.
I'm upset and disappointed as I wanted to do something nice for my friends but it turned out being a bad present and complete waste of money.

Didn't turn up till 2 days later which meant the flowers was not at there best. Wouldn't recommend.
Spoiled the surprise.

I ordered these flowers for delivery on the 23rd December. Not only did they arrive a day late, they arrived damaged and this was for my mums 70th birthday. I was disappointed and embarrassed when I arrived at her house to find that she had received nothing from me. I assured her that I had ordered her a little surprise and it was on the way for her birthday.
But unfortunately these did not arrive until the next day....also broken, I am very disappointed with the service received and would not recommend. I emailed the company on the 1st January only to be told I should of contacted them within 3 working days.
I would have expected a little leniency on this policy considering it was over the christmas period, but from all the reviews ive now read, I doubt any resolution would have been reached anyway. They simply don't care about their customers!

Very happy with the service, beautiful flowers that arrived on time my daughter in law was very pleased.

My friend ordered a surprise bouquet of flowers to be delivered to me, when they arrived by Royal Mail some of the leaves were brown & squashed flowers. My friend emailed them with the photos.They said the head florist said they would be better when they got in water.
3 days later they were almost dead. What a waste of money for her & she is a pensioner.
