DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Red roses, yellow arrived 3 Days late!
Ordered 24 red roses with gypsophila, to be delivered February 13th, for Valentines day for my Ill wife. Nothing arrived on the 13th, and Royal Mail tracking stated, 'expecting item'
I emailed Happy Days several times, but no reply.
Valentines day arrives, and i had to tell my wife that her flowers were late . My wife was clearly upset, which made me extremely angry.
I emailed Happy Days again,and made several calls to there Customer service number, no answer or it went to a voice messaging service.
Flowers arrives 3 days later
YELLOW Roses, and no gypsophila, which looking on their site, is approx £6 cheaper than I paid. No apology, no refund....NOTHING!
I'll never use Happy Days Factory again!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Incredibly poor

Incredibly poor, valentine's flowers arrived four days late, took as long to respond to message, no sign of a refund. NEVER USE AGAIN

Terrible! They have now disconnected the phone!

Terrible!! The flowers arrived two days late and started to wilt the next day. I emailed and have tried to call and the number is now saying disconnected!! Please can the company contact me regarding my complaint order no HDF21208. I would not recommend or ever use these again terrible customer service.

Would get no stars if was an option

Would get no stars if was an option. Orderd flowers for valentines for my partner to be sent to her work. I had a msg saying there were dispatched onnthe 7th of Feb. They turned up 3 days after valentines. The flowers were mostly dead and petals had fell off as well as box caused and balloon deflated. Sent numerous email and tried to ring 6 time to which they hang up when asking for a refund. They are a fuc#ing joke. Stay away and don't waste money. I'll be taking them to small claims court.

Would give zero if I could

Would give zero if I could. No one responds to emails or calls, my flowers arrived a day late despite ordering with plenty of time for valentines day, 9rdered red roses they sent white without even asking if that was acceptable, looked NOTHING like the picture and the balloon was UNDER the flowers so arrived popped. Trying to get support from my bank now.

ordered 24 pink and red roses for valentines for my partner they have arrived a day later than expected to open to be bright yellow don't see t how ur getting away with this appalling services just sending customers anything not what they ordered first and last time will be ordering from here

Valentines day arrives, and i had to tell my fiancée that the roses i Ordered hadn't arrived. She was very good about it, but I could see she was upset, which made me extremely angry.
I emailed Happy Days again, stating the 'sales at distance regulations' and I was contacting my bank to start the 'Charge Back' procedure.
February 15th i received an email saying the flowers would be delivered that day. Their email said that they deliver within 1-2 business days of the requested date.
Sure enough, a bunch of flowers arrived that afternoon.....YELLOW Roses, and no gypsophila, which looking on their site, is approx £6 cheaper than I paid. No apology, no refund....NOTHING!
I'll never use Happy Days Factory again!

Awful Flowers and terrible Customer Service

The flowers did not look as grand as the picture. Some of the flowers looked dead. No foliage or ribbon was added to the bouquet even though the description and picture stated it did. I contacted them twice and was given almost the same copy and paste response. They even themselves mention in the email that each bouquet is packaged in ribbon yet I informed them mine wasn’t yet they refused to acknowledge it.

AVOID this service at all costs

AVOID this service at all costs. Ordered 24 red roses and received 19 yellow once instead 4 days later than the delivery date I originally paid for. They not only delivered the flowers late, they sent me the wrong flowers. Please save your money and AVOID these scammers at all costs.

Stupid Shop

The item that is posted on the website is not the item when it arrived. So disappointed. Don't try to purchase in this shop.

Poor quality flowers

Ordered a large bouquet very small one came, broken stems and flowers in poor condition, I don't recommend and I won't use again.

Shocking

Ordered in plenty of time for Valentines delivery .
Was doing on behalf of someone else so it makes it worse .

They never arrived (tracking not updated) checked with Royal Mail and they have not even received them yet so they will not be delivered any time soon .
Tried calling (after searching online for telephone number ) nobody picks up . 3 messages left , no reply . 3 separate emails sent trying to frantically sort this . No reply . I think I’m going to have to go via my bank for s refund as they don’t respond

FLOWER NOT DELIVERED WITHIN 4 DAYS

Ordered a bouquet on 10th February Monday, in good time to deliver on 14th Valentine's day Friday. It was not delivered. I paid for bouquet, balloon, chocolate and delivery fee, and nothing arrived. They ruined my all valentine's day. I was at home waiting for the flower all day long, in addition my front camera records everything and everyone 24hrs, and no delivery, no Royal Mail, no courier at all. I tried to call them, on the phone was waiting for 10 minutes, I left a message o them with my details to call me back. I tried to email them, it was bounced back, I tried contacting on the online form, asking for answer and refund, no answer yet. My money has gone, no flower, no delivery, no answer. Should you trust this company? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, AS NOW I SEE IT IS A SCAM.

Order Not Delivered

Order placed for flowers to be delivered on 13th Feb in time for Valentine's Day morning, they didn't arrive !!! The order was placed with plenty of notice so this was very disappointing. I will be using a more reputable florist next time, I would advise others to do the same.
The flowers did eventually arrive on the 15th, they were in poor condition and did not represent what I paid for.

I placed a order yesterday picking…

Updated today: still no reply from these sent them several more emails and calls no answer partner woke upset this morning as was hoping her to open the door to them opening to nothing royal mail says expecting delivery still 2 days later after ordered

I placed a order yesterday picking today's date didn't realise had to do by 5 pm for next day so now not going to recieve the flowers in time for valentines for my partner so tried emailing several times today just asking for a cancellation then as they have sent me an email saying dispatched but nothing shows with royal mail and also says on the order details they have only accepted getting ready for dispatching

Dreadful & trading under 3 different names

Happy Days Factory also trading as Lovely Flora World also trading as Bouquets by Post.
As with other reviews for all three 'companies' at the same address, dreadful company that really doesn't care!
Ordered a Valentine's Day bouquet of roses to be delivered on Feb 14th. Bouquet delivered early morning on the 13th when we were not there.
Company doesn't bother answering email messages and don't deliver what they are showing in the pictures. Going to Trading Standards and small claims court.
