I ordered on Friday evening for delivery on Sunday, ordered large size which in my mind was standard not large and even paid for tracking order as they needed to be delivered another county.
At no point it said could not be delivered as after cut off time or a weekend so I selected the date which was my mother's birthday Sunday 2nd March
They did not arrive until Monday, I emailed Sunday nite and got a response Tuesday with 'orders mon-fri before 5pm can be delivered next day sorry for inconvenience'. So I responded with if they had made clearly they would not have been delivered on the date specified date I wouldn't have ordered and gone elsewhere. But still the system let me set delivery date and confirmed order then they replied to my email further and included terms and conditions.

I wish I had read these reviews before hand. This company is ridiculous and their customer service is appalling. I ordered a bouquet to be sent to a friend. A totally different item was sent, it didn't contain a single rose, even though it should have had multiple roses and the colour was totally different. It was labelled and being sold as strawberry pink, and the bouquet they sent was a random mix of white flowers with hardly any pink. Additionally they have been absolutely atrocious with regards to a refund or resending the item I actually ordered and paid for. They just keep trying to offer a partial refund of 35% and fob me off. I have now been going back and forth with them for about two weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible experience. Delivery was late, flowers were the wrong colour and old. No compensation for their errors, just excuses. Not how a decent company would operate. Find another florist without hesitation is my advice.

Thank you for NOT being clear that regardless of the day I needed the birthday flowers to be delivered that you would not do that and only get them prepared on the afternoon of the day they should have been delivered. Why bother doing anything at all? Save yourself any effort and just don’t bother selling anything then you can be even more slack! Absolutely disgusting and to charge delivery at the cost of it to be delivered late. You knew that would happen at my time of booking because you go and choose Royal Mail who don’t deliver on Sundays.

My friend said that they look really good ,she sent me pictures I could see that.
I was informed about the delivery from Royal Mail and they arrived at the time they said.

Ordered a 12 Rose Bouquet for Valentine’s Day. Delivery Arrived all the roses were dishevelled looking two stems had no roses at all nor in the box. One rose was literally hanging on and then fell off. Contacted customer services sent photos immediately. A few days later they responded asking for a picture of the full Bouquet? The whole experience was ruined at the delivery time and I threw all the flowers away as they were rubbish. I told customer services this and they refunded me for 3 roses but initially offered a refund for two. This is shocking service and I want people to be aware and avoid in future. The least I would have expected was a full refund but no!! Poor quality flowers high prices so beware.

I ordered red roses for valentines day and they sent yellow roses on the 15th of feb the day after valentines. I emil the company twice and still awaiting communiucation from them. Not even an appoligy really bad service and company

The flowers were delivered 2 days late, chased them with emails but no reply. Call them on 08003688019, but number was disconnected.
Panicked whether the flowers would arrived on time and it was a huge disappointment that it was late.
Never buy from them again!!

Absolutely disgusted, my husband ordered flowers on their website as they confirmed they were able to deliver on valentines day (if you paid extra..of which he did) he also selected pink and red roses and paid extra for more roses ... not only did they come a day late but they were yellow and 5 roses short. I was naturally upset that he'd spent so much and this company did nothing to rectify the situation! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU AND LEAVE YOU DISAPPOINTED!

I ordered two bunches of flowers for Valentines Day, they arrived on time and were delivered in a box that did not crush the flowers. So far so good, however, one bunch was made up of the wrong flowers and both bunches had pink roses that were all but dead. I contacted the Company asking for a refund of the difference between that ordered and that delivered only to be told "SEND A PHOTOGRAPH". When I pointed out that by now all the flowers would be dead and it would not be acceptable to ask the recipients to send me photographs, the reply was "No photograph, No Refund". So much for customer service. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT YOU USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!

The flowers arrived late. Not the flowers I ordered completely wrong and dead on arrival. I wouldn’t order again nor would I recommend.

They emailed me back very delayed and basically said even though you ordered a bmw we can give you a Toyota Yaris if we run out of BMWs.

Not only did i receive white roses instead of red but roses with thorns, not professional or considerate at all.

Expect two day delivery if you order before 5pm rather than next day. These flowers are so good for price and are stunning, I’ve had them for 3 days now and aren’t wilted, they are still sprouting. Very happy with the service. Thank you very much Happy Days with these flowers. My mum loves them.

Ordered flowers with message for Valentines, flowers arrived but were distinctly average and they failed to place message on card. refused to help in any way and blamed me for the error. Avoid at all costs, worst service ever

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!! Extremely disappointed with their product and after service. My boyfriend placed an order for roses and chocolate on Valentines day for me, not only did they deliver the flower on the wrong day, they also delivered the wrong flowers with no chocolates (Complete waste of the money). We have been trying to reach out to them multiple times to talk about it but no response at all. This is the last resort we had to reach to cause the company does no service. Thank you.

Should have read the other reviews before purchasing, I ordered flowers for the 18th February for my Sisters Birthday she got them on the 19th obviously when the Birthday was over, and when the flowers finally arrived they were completely different to the flowers that was on the site, they were pathetic! This is a cowboy company that rips people off, hence the amount of poor reviews, how you have got the front to call your company happy days is beyond me, because when people receive the flowers you send out, they won't be happy days they would be very disappointed and angry days, i would definitely not recommend Happy Days to anyone... AVOID this cowboy, rip off company, as I guarantee, you will be very disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a dozen red roses to be delivered on Valentines day. They delivered white wilted roses a day later than I requested and refused to acknowledge their error. Extremely poor service and refused to offer any compensation. Avoid at all costs.
