My flowers arrived early than id asked for and on top of that they were damaged and dying when I reached out to them they told me that nothing was wrong with them they ruined my mother's day gift and didn't do anything.

If I could of rated 0 I would of sent flowers for mothers day I paid for a large one 18.99 thought yeah should be a nice one looking at the picture arrived I'm lucky if there is 5 carnations in them and one bit of something else have complained but don't expect to hear back from them would NEVER buy from again

Did not arrive on the chosen date. On contacting the company they stated that they do not guarantee the delivery dates.

There is 0 customer service with this website. I have had no response in 4 days. When you pay extra to receive the product on Sunday the 30th and they get shipped 24 hour delivery on Wednesday 26th is poor.

My mother has been away from home for 2 days at this point so the flowers were just sat in a box, on the doorstep dying. I'm genuinely gutted about the service.

Avoid where possible unless specific date is unnecessary

DO NOT PURCHASASE ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY, nothing like photos, big fat rip-off, so disappointed, what they send you is nothing like photo, only had 12 flowers ans passed extra for large size, so up set they can get away with this,

Don’t even bother ordering from them plenty of other flower shops offering the same products. I ordered Mother’s Day flowers and paid extra (£5) for specific Sunday delivery and they arrived on Thursday morning! No understanding after emailing them, no refund offered for the extra money I paid for specific delivery and overall just poor service

Ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered on Sunday for mothers day, I paid for the large arrangement because it's a special day!
On Tuesday 6 days before the flowers were due to be delivered I get a message from royal mail saying they collected my order and would be delivering on Thursday 4 days before mother's day! So I contacted royal mail to try and arrange for another day but that wasn't possible, the flowers arrived today and I can honestly say I'm shocked!!! The first thing I notice was the leafs from the flowers had dried up and were in the bottom of the box, the stems and flowers were so dry they were chrispy, the flowers were flat and some stuck to the side of the box, I felt totally embarrassed, now I have to get new flowers and I'm out of pocket the not so happy day flowers.

As many others, should have read the reviews but thought hey it's flowers. Paying £19 for a "bunch" of large flowers. I got a handful of flowers, nothing like the pictures. I dare to think what a small bunch is. Must be laughing when people order. Complained and heard nothing, no surprise. Total rip off.

Arranged flowers to be delivered on Mother’s Day, arrived four days early and dead. Have emailed the company but judging by other reviews I suspect I’ll be ignored. They couldn’t even do a decent job of the card which included instruction and order details as if part of the message. Just appallingly bad. Wish I’d checked here before ordering. Avoid like the plague

NEVER, use this firm, extremely poor customer service, they don't deliver on Time and lie about it. Poor poor poor firm, pls save your money.

Waste of money!! Flowers arrived 2 days late and were not the ones I ordered.. ordered red roses and they delivered tacky, cheap looking multicoloured ones. I politely requested a refund but they won’t give me my money back.

Just recieved email delivery when I put 30th mothers day will refuse delivery . Why one weeK early. I request refund won't last next when do arrive. Who knows what they look like.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My husband ordered red roses 2 weeks in advance of Valentine’s Day to be delivered to my work. They delivered YELLOW roses, in shocking condition a day late and were left outside in the rain next to a bin!
Every email we have sent either gets ignored or we get an automated response. Finally managed to get through on the phone today to be told they can’t refund because they sent flowers of similar quality!!!!

Please don’t waste your money, flowers do not look like picture, there were lillies and jip in picture, there was 1 lilly added. The flowers dying on day 2 not even a full 12 hrs after. I emailed company and was told they were of highest quality and sorry for inconvenience. NO REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS waste of good money but even worse embarrassment that i sent them

Poor service delivered a day late so missing mums birthday don’t bother go somewhere else

Ordered with a short notice but the service was available for the day and the address. Received the flowers 2 days after the day. No contact with the company over the weekend. Flowers look disappointing and different to the photos. I recommend getting flowers by uber from the local supermarket which would be way cheaper and on time might be better quality.

Very disappointed , it says next day delivery but does not fulfil that commitment , the reviews on their website are cherry picked to show the highest scores despite having lots of low scores ...
wont be using again and certainly wont recommend them...

I ordered flowers for feb. 28th for my sons birthday they were to put on his resting place, surprise surprise they didn’t turn up, they came next day March the 1st at dinner time. I was very upset , it was important that they come on time for his birthday. The 28th of feb was still on their calendar.emailed them three times and had no response, also on their website all flowers are shown with a big bow tied around them but they don’t arrive like that, they just have a thin scrawny piece of something tied around them. I would not recommend using this company, they are quite willing to take your money , then they don’t want to know.

Poor quality flowers THEY DO NOT LOOK LIKE THEY DO ON THE WEBSITE. AVOID!! You can get better supermarket flowers for half the price
