Embarrassing birthday gift for a friend....the flowers that arrived lacked care and presentation. A young child could have done better. They also arrived 2 days late, which could have been over looked if the flowers had been something similar to the image on their site.

NO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. BIG MASSIVE SCAM!!! The customer service is the worst I’ve dealt with. You will not get a refund, infact they will say they will send another lot of ‘flowers’ out… then just never do it. The pictures you see on the website are FAR from what arrives!!!

I made an order with this company and then found out recipient was in hospital. I e-mailed to cancel which they did the same morning without fuss. My payment was refunded quickly too. Can't fault my experience although slightly different to others positions.

Ordered some flowers £20 to be delivered. Was told next day delivery so I sent them to an address the person would be at that day. I recieved an email confirming delivery date 6/5. Nothing showed so I emailed them to be told rather plainly no it's going to be the day after. No point as they won't be at the address tomorrow! Maybe make this clear when someone orders and not allow the date to be selected if it can't be fulfilled! The flowers aren't going to be fresh now they will be over 32 hours old and also they are delivered by the post man! Not a delivery service so god knows how bad they would have arrived! I'll be getting in contact with the place to decline the delivery and ask they be returned and I would expect a refund! Shocking

Update: recieved and didn't surprise me one but.

3. Didn't want to post my review on their website as it was 1 star
4. Flowers not what I ordered, wrong colour not foliage and not wrapped nicely no ribbon not nicely packed.

Absolutely terrible for the price (which I must add was on offer half price) paid £20 with next day delivery for a "large bouquet" received 2 days later this wiltering handful of thrown together flowers, most embarrassing to give as a gift. Terrible customer services who seemingly delete bad reviews from they're website. Customer services state the flowers I received are of top quality and exactly what I ordered passing quality check. Very disappointed waste of money

I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from Happy Days Factory to think again!
My experience has been absolutely appalling from start to finish.

I ordered a large bouquet for Mother’s Day, paying a premium for what was advertised as a beautiful, luxury arrangement. What I received was a small, wilted bunch that looked worse than something you’d find at a supermarket for under £10.
The flowers were already half-dead on arrival, bore no resemblance to the images online, and were delivered three days early, completely missing the intended occasion and ruining the surprise.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a refund despite clear photographic evidence showing the poor quality and the mismatch between what was advertised and what was delivered.

Save yourself the disappointment, stress, and wasted money.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They are a terrible company. The pictures advertised are false, the quality of the flowers if you do end up getting it delivered are cheap and awful. The customer service is rude. I ordered 24 large roses with gyp and they gave less than a dozen rotten mini roses which looked ugly.

Do not use this company, they ignore the date flowers are requested and deliver sub standard flowers, that wilted same or next day and have poor customer service.

Hardly any flowers. Looked nothing like the picture. 2 dead roses one without a head. One lilly. I paid for large but got extra small amount of flowers.

What a total rip off paid for the large bunch and recieved something I could of gotten better quality from the supermarket , small, not alot of flowers ,looked nothing like the picture like many before me wish I had read the reviews first

The worst experience I have ever received from a company. I requested flowers to be delivered the 29th of March as no one there, royal mail delivered the 27th and left outside, the neighbour took them in the next day & opened them, they were withering & dying, I ordered a large bunch and was a hand full of flowers. I have been constantly emailing them, and have done nothing to help, just making me feel a layer. My 86 yr old Mum had no flowers for Mothers day, as had to throw flowers. I have no idea what to do as they won't help. So upsetting.They redelivered today 10.4.25 a replacement, look how long it took, as kept on at them. Will never use again. They also come under the name lovely flora world so be aware.

I had to do one star would not even rate them that my daughters partner ordered a bouquet for mothers day come nothing like pictured and dead disgustung company do not use absolute rubbish and have been in an argument for days about a refund please do not go to this company they rip people off and send bouquets that look like weeds and charge the earth for and the worse thing they know there in the wrong and try to palm you off with another rotten bouquet instead of doing the right thing and giving you a refund total awful excuse for florists there a joke keep away

The flowers I ordered as a gift for my daughter on Mother’s Day arrived half dead, heads of flowers broken off and mouldy! I have been in contact with the company who have offered a replacement bouquet! I replied saying that I don’t want that solution but a full refund! Their response was that they don’t offer refunds but are willing to give me 25% back!!! I felt so embarrassed when my daughter sent me the photos of the flowers! I personally would NEVER use this service again!!

Do not use this company a real rip of I paid extra delivery for a set date they came early than expected I paid extra for large bunch there was only a few flowers the wrapping was wrong the flowers were nearly dead I should have gon to supermarket instead would have been better quality

No contact no updates NO FLOWERS!!!
Shocking service ordered months in advance so ZERO excuse. Special occasion more special than usual due to illness and not delivered. Very poor standards.

Not Happy Days - paid for delivery on birthday of my friend but didn't arrive on that date. Just received a message saying they will be delivered tomorrow but who knows

Delivery never arrived …. Waited in all day yesterday for my Mother’s Day flowers which were sure and had been confirmed for 30thMarch 2025…really disappointed and so let done …… would have given a 0 stars but couldn’t …..Would not recommend at all !!!
