Let down

Flowers arrived some were browning and many others were broken. I reported the problem to the company who requested that I sent photos which I did.
I had and apology and was told I could get 20% refund.
I explained that they did not grasp what the real issue was,I wanted flowers for my wife for a special occasion. I did not want her to have a bunch of flowers with many of them broken that went in the bin.
I decided not to accept the 20% refund as I considered this to be an insult as the flowers were badly damaged so this 20% does not represent a refund in any shape or form. I will never use this company again.

Absolutely ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous, flowers where awful. I sent to a friend as her mother past away, I felt so bad when I saw them. I wish I could post a photo, I will find another way to show people the flowers they will be getting, I will not let this drop...fuming

Do not order from these!

Do not order from these!! Ordered large bouquet of yellow roses for a funeral and put the date for delivery to the funeral home, 4 days after order. Well, they attempted to deliver the next day on a Saturday so funeral home closed. They then delivered the same flowers on the Monday. They were soft, drooping and a right sight! Funeral place couldn't believe the state they were in.
Asked for a refund but heard nothing. Im now going to have to get some elsewhere, which i can't afford. I wish I'd read reviews first! Disgusting

A big thank you to Happy Days customer service department, who promptly corrected my order for me when I forgot to add a message to my flowers order.
My Sister was very impressed with the flowers too
Thanks, I shall certainly be ordering from them again 😊

Suspected scam also owns Blooma, Lovely Flower World and Delightful Flowers

Do not buy from this company - they open lots of the same shop with different names. All owned by Rajinder Bains and all using the address 488 Stone Close, West Drayton, London. I have reported them to Action Fraud and will be doing the same to Trading Standards. All get poor reviews owing to us customers not getting what we have ordered and they also show untrue reviews on their website - non from Trustpilot or Google.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company. Ordered a bouquet for a funeral and they were not what I ordered, they came in a terrible state, the message was printed crooked, one bit of greenery when the picture showed at least 5. I would have been better picking flowers from somewhere
Disgraceful and embarrassing and the response I have had is 'the flowers are perishable'
They stated they came with wrapping and a ribbon, I received nothing
These were for a funeral.
As a company they will palm you off, disgusting, shouldn't be allowed to be in business
They finally offered me a 35% refund, whoopee!!!!

I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to so I could continue review, I wish I had read reviews before order, I ordered flowers for next day delivery, 5 days later still not received I was sent shipping tracking number the day after I ordered saying they are with royal mail so I'm sure you can imagine if these are sat with royal mail they are not longer fresh roses as we are now on 5th day still no delivery ,and good look trying to actually speak to some one absolutely physically impossible, please do not order from this company I am beyond disappointed and item still not received struggling for a refund

Birthday bouquet disaster

the condition of the flower were very poor 3 of the Carnations were dying and the gypsophelia was dead
when I emailed with a photo they said their expert said the flowers were in good condition
since I replied and said I was unhappy with their result
I have not heard from them

Ordered double flowers for a very special birthday milestone..

Delivered the day after the birthday milestone...

Received no reply whatsoever from the cs team...21 days and counting...

I should of stuck with interflora :(

Disappointing

Flowers arrived late and without water some blooms drooping and with browning petals.
Came in full bloom therefore limiting their life once delivered.
Will not order again from this company. JH

Please do not use.
If I had known this was royal mail delivery I would not have use them
The website very misleading .. guaranteed delivery
The flowers had been intransit for 2 days as I kept getting updates for RM. How can these be fresh flowers? In the end they didn't arrive on the date delivery requested and they do not get back to you

WRONG FLOWERS!!

I ordered a splendor boquet for my friend's Birthday as in the picture it showed carnations which are not highly scented which is just what I was looking for as my friend is asthmatic. However, when the boquet arrived there were no carnations but highly scented flowers including stocks. When I contacted them and sent pictures as requested, they denied that the flowers had come from them. BEWARE!! I will never use this company again. Best avoided.

I ordered flowers for my sisters…

I ordered flowers for my sisters Birthday May 25, the calender indicated May 25 delivery, the flowers were sent by Royal Mail --they do not deliver on Sundays. The flowers were eventually delivered on Thursday 29. Way past, Will not be dealing with Happy Days again, very dissapointing.
