Flowers arrived 2 day later than scheduled,on arrival they were starting to wilt,tracking system not updating,when emailed customer service they advised all complaints have to be registered within 3days & in a nutshell they could not assist further.
They should not be offering unachievable delivery dates.
A scamming company with appalling customer service
Will not be using again.

Ordered flowers which didn't arrive! Tried calling but phones out of service, emailed several times, finally received a response with a tracking number which is invalid and for supposed delivery 2 days late. Have raised this with trading standards and called my bank for a chargeback.
Wish I'd have read the awful reviews prior to me ordering from this company.

Scammers! The flowers with a card never arrived! Never received any shipping confirmation. I’ve emailed them via their website but no reply! Wish I checked the reviews before purchasing! Disgrace!!! Don’t order from them!

AVOID. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Flowers arrived late and when I contacted the company, they were not bothered and just said thanks for understanding…. Asked for a refund for the delivery and refused. Flowers expensive and not great.

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary and received a bouquet that looked nothing like the pictures online. The flowers were old and wilted, and the balloon was floppy and partially deflated. This completely ruined what was meant to be a special surprise. When I contacted Happy Days Factory Flower Shop, all they offered was a 20% partial refund, which is not an appropriate resolution for the poor quality delivered. My wife was disappointed and I had to buy a replacement bouquet elsewhere. A full refund should have been given. I will not be ordering from them again.

Flowers not delivered on time. They were delivered when the recipient was out and left with a neighbour. The recipient was mourning the first year without her husband and my brother in law. I knew they were going to be out which is why I chose the day I did. I then had to ask them if they had received any flowers as the tracking that I had paid for was not working. When the flowers were delivered the recipient had to go and ask the neighbour if they had them.
I felt terrible!
I told the company but they weren’t bothered. I asked for a full refund but they just said no. I then asked for at least my postage back as the tracking was not working but I haven’t received anything and not had a response. They are a terrible company. As a florist they sometimes have to deal with people at their lowest ebb and this attitude really does not help how they feel. Please stay away from them if you want your flowers to arrive on the day you ask them to, especially if they are for a sad occasion.

I ordered some flowers from these and to say i am disappointed is an understatement! Yes they turned up but was definitely was not like i ordered! My partner arranged them the her vase and the next day they were dead! All droopy and most gone brown. I had spent a fair bit on these for a Christmas treat for her. I have contacted customer services with pictures and they emailed back to say they were acceptable and were arranged by a professional florist! God knows what kind of “professional florist” did arrange them and send them out because i think they are in the wrong profession!! Would of put pictures of what i got sent but there is no option!

Flowers were not what I ordered I ordered a luxury Christmas bouquet was meant to be all red flowers.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering , the bouquet ordered was nothing like what arrived.
They say they can see no problems!!!!
I doubt Trading Standards would agree, but I can't be bothered.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Absolutely awful service. I ordered a large bouquet and paid for delivery for a specific date, given that they were for a specific occasion.

The flowers did not turn up on the expected delivery day or the next day.

I have made a formal complaint requesting a refund, and am still awaiting a response.

I ordered condolences flowers and a card and it was supposed to arrive the next day! As in yesterday! But they only arrived tonight late! 😱 I am not pleased at all! The order cost me £27 on special offer and they are already showing signs of wilting! NOT COOL at all!!! 😱🤬 I WILL NOT BE BUYING WITH THEM AGAIN!!!

I bought a ‘large’ bouquet. Large! Could have fooled me! The flowers are nice, nicely packed but don’t be fooled by the upselling. I did send an email with my concerns but reality is, they’re not bothered….. the ‘senior florist’ confirmed that the right size bouquet was sent. But he/she would say that wouldn’t they? I’ll go somewhere else next time. If I went to Lidl. I’d certainly get a LARGE bouquet for the money I spent. Lesson learnt.

I ordered flowers as an anniversary gift. Flowers delivered were a third in size as to the ones shown online. Most importantly they arrived 24 hours late. I've queried this with customer service and basically there's nothing they can do . I've asked for a refund. They're not compling with my request. Will never use this company again

This must be the worst company ever for flowers by mail delivery! I ordered a bouquet for my sister's birthday. It arrived on time, but was mailed two days before the delivery date and arrived in a very poor state. My sister took 10 photos of dead heads, 3 photos of dead foliage and 2 photos of stems with the heads just chopped off. I complained through the Happy Days Factory automated complaints page, but after no reply contacted them again two weeks later. I was told that complaints had to be made within 3 days of the flower delivery date - which the original complaint was - but they hadn't received the original complaint and now it was too late. Sorry! Not interested! Absolutely awful! Do not use!

What a horrible company. My flowers never arrived on the day they were supposed to. Every email I sent them got returned and their website support contact never responded to me. It's sad to be in a business of bringing people joy when they're so incompetent and make no effort to respond to queries. They should not be allowed to do business.

Awful service. Ordered for 3rd sept and it’s the 4th and they’ve still not arrived. Kind of defeats the purpose. Also dread to think what state they’re going to be in after they’ve been in transit this long. Very disappointed and will definitely not be using them again
