I recently visited Harley Street Injectable London for a CO₂ laser treatment, and I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Hazel, the skin therapist.

From the moment I arrived, Hazel was fantastic. She took the time to talk me through the entire process, explained the aftercare in detail, and checked in with me constantly throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable.

I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive beforehand, as I’d heard that CO₂ laser treatments can be quite uncomfortable. However, Hazel completely put me at ease. On a scale of 1–10, I would personally rate the discomfort between a 3 and 6, which was much more manageable than I expected.

I had my décolletage, neck, full face, and eye area treated. While I’ve yet to see the final results, I can already tell they’re going to be amazing.

I went to Harley Street Injectables for the first time yesterday,( and after having 20 Years of the same Botox treatment), it was refreshing to be introduced to a new Treatment that suited Me best. Stevie took her time to listen to all My fears and anxiety after becoming dissatisfied with My last Botox experience....She decided Alluzience would be a good treatment for Me, after 20 years of Botox....I needed a change...I had already read good Reviews about Stevie, and was pleasantly surprised to find She really is down to earth, and easy to talk too, and most importantly, honest!.. Some things I suggested She didn't agree that I needed, and steered Me in the Right direction for what I personally needed and what would suit Me..So, I'm Very happy to have found HSI and will definitely be coming back...A very good, Relaxing experience..Also the after-care treatment is all sent to You, and the environment is Lovely and clean....

I’ve recently been seen by the lovely Emily for my first lip filler treatment. She put me at ease from the moment I walked in and has done an incredible job with my lips. They look so natural and subtle and her aftercare advice today was also great. She’s so kind and calm and would 100% recommend her and the clinic. Thank you!

I recently visited the clinic for my first ever cosmetic treatment (lip filler) and had such a positive experience. I was quite nervous beforehand, but Emily was so friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. She made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves.

The whole appointment felt relaxed and well organised, and nothing felt rushed. Emily talked me through the process and made sure I was happy every step of the way.

I’m really pleased with the results — they look natural and exactly what I asked for. It’s a subtle enhancement but still noticeable, which is what I wanted.

Overall, a great first experience and I’d definitely recommend the clinic.
