Love my phone case! Great design and colours, I wouldn't mind if there was more offers, but honestly that was the only shop where I was able to find what I was looking for :)

We used Harper &Blake to order candles as a wedding present. So we have no comment to make on how lovely the candles are! However the customer service is excellent as they quickly refunded us postage when there was a problem with delivery. Very happy with their response.

Ordered a phone case a few weeks ago, came in about two weeks in perfect condition, lovely design. Ordered again for a friend after being so pleased with my own case. Highly recommend. Worth every penny

Phone case arrived quickly and exactly as expected.

Terrible case, service and customer service. I ordered an iPhone case which is just cheap plastic worth probably £1, but they sell it for over a £20. And they don’t want to refund and emailing with customer service take them 3 days(!) to reply.

Love the design of the phone case however as soon as I put it on it cracked in the volume button area and completely went downhill from there and within the next week the top part of the phone case is completely broken off and was kindly sent a new one, but clearly sent me a faulty one as picture was blurry and colour fading around the edges. Unfortunately the week later it had broken around the same area so has some issues with the snap case material - clearly lives up to its name!
I am still hanging on to this one until it becomes unusable as the other one did.
I really disappointed about this as my friend bought me this as a birthday present.

Order was never delivered by the Royal Mail. Contacted H&B. Replacement item sent (via Evri!).

Great product, but more importantly a great service. Unfortunately due to a printer error (not H&B) my niece received the wrong style of phone case. Charlotte at H&B was amazing, responding quickly to my emails even over Christmas and a new, correct case was delivered directly to my niece at the start of the New Year - thank you!

Bought a wallet style phone case costing £32. Looked like it had been made in tech class but I liked the colours so put my phone in it. Less than 24 hours use and the areas where the folds are the colour completely rubbed off.

Sent them a photo to their business email (a Gmail address which immediately set off alarm bells) together with photographic evidence asking to return it due to poor quality.

Update 10.1.26: Charlotte explained my email had gone to her junk folder and in fairness gave me a full refund, hence my update. I've increased my rating based on customer service.

Unfortunately, my comments regarding the quality of the case still stand.

Ordered 25th November a birthday present and still not received. Emailed company and the response I got was they have been busy and there are delays in postage. If you need urgently, dont order from this company.

Thank you once again Harper & Blake! Great case, 5th one and I will always use you for my iPhone cases when I upgrade. Last order I had made a mistake, I ordered the slim when I needed the tough version. Charlotte the lady at customer care allowed me to return this, pay for the upgrade and she sent out the tough one. Very happy customer!

The impressive selection of designs attracted me to this website and I ordered two iPhone 16 cases. After three working days I tried to track the package, which I couldn’t do, despite downloading the dodgy looking shop app. At this point I checked the reviews and got a bit worried. Happily enough, that evening the cases arrived and they are fine. Beautiful designs are exactly as on the website and fit the phone great. Only criticism of the actual product is they are not at all padded, which might affect the protection of the phone. Overall I am happy, but would probably pick a more protective case next time.

Im always a bit suspicious about a company don't have an easy and clear returns process. Presumably if you are confident about the quality if your product you wouldn't need to make things so hard to return. Im 3 emails in now. And only had one response, which felt like a stalling tactic, but they didnt tell me how to return!!!! I will keep trying. Next stop CAB

I am so pleased with the purchase of my phone case and I would buy from again in future if in need of another one.
Great customer service as I had accidentally picked the wrong size of phone case so needed to exchange. Charlotte even contacted me to make sure I was happy with the design for the new case due to the print to camera ratio. Overall, very happy. Thank you :)

I bought a iPhone case which didn’t fit quite as expected. I emailed H&B about the problem with pics. I received a confirmation back saying they would get back to me within 48hours. Although it took a day longer they agreed that it should be returned and would pay the postage.
Simples excellent after sales service
