I'd put zero stars if I could. this company has stolen £25 from me and refuses to refund me and will not respond to any of my emails despite me sending my item back and being promised a refund. DO NOT purchase from here. The case I ordered was disgusting and arrived dirty.

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT DELIVER THE GOODS
Cannot review the product because they haven’t sent it !! Ordered on 7th Dec and still not dispatched my order £30 loss ….. Numerous attempts to make contact but they have ignored all my messages. This was a gift for my daughter for Xmas looks like she won’t be receiving it. Absolutely disgraceful AVOID THIS SHAMBLES OF A COMPANY

Had a poor quality phone case sent to me. Not been able to get a refund, even though I have contacted them on email, twitter and Facebook. Poor customer service. Definitely do not use.

Absolutely gutted.
Really upset to have spent £25 on a phone case which has completely lost it’s colour and the design is coming off after a month of use. I bought this as a gift and I’m mortified.

NO PRODUCT ARRIVED - REFUND REQUEST IGNORED
It's been two months item hasn't arrived. I contacted the company a month ago and they have not done anything to rectify the situation - even ignoring my request for a refund!!!

The colour states that the case is…
The colour states that the case is green (and shown on the online photo) but when the case arrived its black no hint of green at all and doesn’t look as nice as it does photographed online.

Can’t review as it hasn’t arrived
The cover looks beautiful and I’m really looking forward to receiving it, however it’s not actually arrived?

Really good quality and lovely design
Really good quality and lovely design! I purchased the tough gloss version and feel like my phone is as protected as it can possibly be without compromising on style. I’ve had a matt version of these cases before but found it scuffed easier than the gloss one - so would recommend gloss over matt for durability. Delivery was also quick.

Dispatch was prompt but I didn't like…
Dispatch was prompt but I didn't like the quality of the goods so decided to return. They did not get back to my email on return process and have made that process quite frustrating.

Phone case did not fit
Phone case did not fit, camera was blocked by the case. Very poor quality - not was I was expecting from this brand. I will be returning item for refund.

Cute design but...
Nice quality. I thought it was supposed to be light pink and it’s more beige. Also with the pandemic the instructions says not to use a lot of cleaners, not sure what to use to ensure bacteria is removed then. Cute designs though.
