I have made a purchase and it still haven’t arrived. Can someone tell me if this is a company or a fake company. This is all i get when I paid for the good.

Terrible! The product I received looked nothing like the online images - material was cheap and tacky and the sizing for a size 8 was more like a size 20. I have contacted them 5 times since my purchase to get a refund, with zero acknowledgement or response. They should not be allowed to operate!!!!

Scam company. Worst quality shoes I've ever received and they won't give me my refund. They were $200 shoes, half price, and the shoes were HORRENDOUS quality. No exaggeration.

Buyer beware! Do not order from this company. They sent me a defective raincoat and refused to issue me a full refund. They offered me a 20% refund, then a 50% refund, then a 70% refund. I refused all offers and finally opened a dispute with my credit card company. I ordered the raincoat in October 2025, and it’s now the end of July and I’m still dealing with this terrible, dishonest company. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and I wasn’t the only one on the site that was complaining about this company who refuses to issue a full refund! DO NOT BUY FROM HARPER AND LANE!

I strongly advise against buying from HarperLane Melbourne and Harper and Lane. My experience has been extremely disappointing, and after reading other customer reviews, it appears that many people have had exactly the same experience.
I ordered what was advertised as an elegant, high-quality cardigan. What I received was a cheap, ill-fitting garment that looked nothing like the product shown on the website. The quality was extremely poor and did not match the description or photos.
When I contacted customer service to return the item for a full refund, I was told I would have to pay up to $45 to return it to China. Instead of providing a return label, they repeatedly tried to persuade me to keep the item by offering partial refunds—first 15%, then 25%, then 40%, and finally 50%—while suggesting that I simply keep the cardigan or re-gift it.
After reading other reviews, I realised this appears to be their standard business practice: advertise attractive, high-quality products, send customers an inferior item, and then make returning it so expensive and difficult that customers eventually accept a partial refund instead of receiving the full refund they are entitled to. Throughout the process, every response was filled with apologies and assurances that they were "happy to assist", but their actions did not reflect those words.
As a result, I lodged a dispute with my bank. The bank advised me that when the wrong product is supplied, the buyer should not be responsible for return postage costs. Harper Lane has since advised that they will issue a refund, which they say may take up to 10 days. I will not withdraw my bank dispute until the refund has been received in my account.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

I believe I just got scammed by this company. I don't believe there is a company called Harper Lane in Melbourne AND BEWARE they also operate under HarperandLane or Harper & Lane.
I'm in NSW The coat I ordered took 3 weeks to get here about the time it takes to get here from China And surprise surprise it's a Chinese name for the sender and it says it came from Sydney even closer.
I ordered a 3XL Macintosh style coat which they claimed was $299 down to $89 in a clear out sale and I read all the spiel about this being a Melbourne family company started 10 years ago B.S!!
There is a label in the coat that says fashion not Harper Lane. That's what it is. A cheap knockoff fashion jacket.
I can see a future where we stop online shopping because of all these scam companies ruining it for everyone.

Harper Lane advertises 1 thing and delivers a very bad product. What is on the site is not what you receive. Even the Return Policy you have to pay for. They offer you a choice which means you pay for any kind of refund.
They pay for replacement - you pay for shipping.
You return - you pay for shipping and it takes a month before they process it.
They give you a partial refund of 15%.
Either way, you paid for cept!

This company's customer service needs a major improvement. Their refund process is non-existent. The woman I am dealing with, Luna, keeps ignoring my questions about my refund. Doesn't even address it in her responses but asks for me to send photos of the outfits and for me to keep the items and that I can donate, gift them. I just want my refund back.

Do not buy from this company. They do not take returns if you decide not to keep the item. The quality is low and my top looked like a cheap uniform top. My only mistake was not reading the reviews.

Harper lane melbourne is a scam. A cheap knock off Chinese company supplying poor quality inferior products that are nothing like their advertised product. Returns are a nightmare, initially offering g a 10% refund to keep the items raising it to 20, then 30%. They don't want their rubbish back either. Buyer beware. Steer clear of this one

This is absolute nonsense! DO NOT buy from Harper and Lily. Shipping took 2 weeks from time of order. I ordered 2 pairs of sandals for $95 dollars. They were not as described. Very cheap and flimsy and smelled of chemicals upon opening the packages. The return process is absurd. Emails back and forth offering everything but a full refund trying to get you to keep the product with a 15%or 30% refund, unless you ship back to some drop box shipping address in Norway! I will be reporting to my Credit card company and the BBB. Buyer beware! *** edit*** Harper and Lilly is the SAME as HarperandLane. They have the same return policies to an international shipping address and they sell the EXACT same cheap clothing on both websites.

Selling a cute plush silk lined with whinnie the poo bunny for $60 what came was nothing like the picture and it was the size of my hand. Tried contacting the company several times with no response. Now when i go to the website a redirect page comes up says “ascend to discord domain” BE WARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE EVEN CLOTHES.

Well, the reply to my review was infuriating! They claim not to offer 30% refunds even tho the refund eventually arrived in my account, said there was no record of me and the reveiw must've been for some other store.

Harper and Lane does not stand behind their products - once you purchase something, consider it yours. They do not want their product any more than you will. Their products are cheap. You can return, but beware - you will pay their fees which is more than double than the Postal Service.
