They're scammers and thieves. As every one of these reviews has stated. Please do not ever order from these thieves. Make sure to report their website as an online fraud, hopefully it can get taken down if there are enough reports! So sorry for everyone's losses, including my own.

Unfortunaly this is a scam. They are out of China and your return will need to go to China ( after 14 emails for and back). They are not out of Toronto, as their website states. Their shoes are really cheap and they claim that their 330 dollar shoe is discounted to 89. That is, off course, a joke and I found out after opening the pack with the 5 dollar worth shoes. So, I lost my money and I hope your read this BEFORE ordering and save yours.

Nothing but lies. Grossly mis represented the leather sandals I purchased for so called deeply discounted leather sandals ( they used pictures from Taos brand) and charged me $53. Despite their 14 day full refund policy they are refusing to
honour when the sandals they sent are nothing like the quality promised or depicted in their advertising. Not worth $5 let alone $50. I am so disgusted by these crooks and mad at myself for falling for it. Not a Canadian company, not from Toronto, not legitimate. Criminal.

I will not even give this company one star, but must enter something in order to write my comments. DO NOT ORDER from this company. The products are not as they appear to be on the website. It states the company is in Toronto, the billing goes to the Netherlands, the delivery comes from a warehouse in Burnaby British Columbia. It’s a total scam. I ordered sandals that were shown to be a good quality sandal similar to ones I already had. The ones that arrived were a substandard sandal. The advertisement is a full refund within 30 days, free shipping in Canada. None of that appears to be true. I requested a refund the day the sandals arrived as they did not fit and were horrible quality. Not as they appeared on the website. I have been getting the runaround about getting a refund. Do not bother with ordering from this company unless you want to lose your money.

I will add to my last post. I paid this pretend Yorkville Ontario company with my paypal. The item was $59. Utter garbage as noted previously and also they are copy cats of a decent brand. I was able to negotiate a $30 PayPal credit and I accept the $30 cost for stupidity. The shoes will be at Goodwill this week if anyone wants a "cheap" cheap pair of sandals.

Harper & Sage Toronto is a scam, I wish I would have done more research thinking this is a Canadian company. It is not! The products are cheap and not at all what they show and advertise. They are from Asia. I ordered a sweatshirt in womens XL, what I received was a child's polyester shirt. The article said it was a sweatshirt. They will not refund me and instead offered me a store credit of $10 when I paid $60 for this piece of junk. Buyer beware . DO NOT BUY ITS ALL GARBAGE.

You don't receive what has been advertised.
The items on the website look great
but, what you receive is NOT what is advertised on the website.
The shoes I ordered were supposed to be real leather orthopedic shoes with a supportive arch, a deep heel bed and a slip resistant sole. What I got was some cheap Velour covered flat plastic sole.
They told me in an email, it is not possible for me to return it. That I could pick something else from the website. But I would have to pay $9.95 shipping. When I declined (I said I don't trust I would get what I ordered), I was then offered a $15 voucher towards something else. I told them I just wanted my money back and reminded them they have a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on their website.
They ignored that fact and offered a $30 voucher towards the purchase another product. I said NO I just want my money back.
I then got a FINAL solution. I could return the product but that I would have to pay shipping costs, customs fees, and any applicable import duties back to Asia OR I could receive 25% of my original cost back. This sort of thing should be illegal! I usually can sense when a company is a fake, I thought because they said they were based out of Toronto Canada and that the product shipped by Canada Post (which is another lie)! I thought it was legit.
I have gone to my credit card company to dispute the charges, I have to wait and see what they will do for me.
This company needs to be SHUT DOWN!!

Should have done a better job researching the reviews. Obviously a stiff cheap blouse from China that will not survive a wash. Buttons are placed far enough apart that there’s a gap even though the blouse fits. Not even attempting to return it as I’ve read the costly experience of others. Will consider it a $60 hard lesson. So disappointed.

I should have done my research! Costly lesson!! This is a s**t company and although some people have noted the items to be reasonably priced, I thought they were decently priced, but on the high end without a sale - I will be posting with tag and material photos.

I obviously read the wrong reviews before I purchased from this site. Yes, things look lovely on the site. What you receive is cheap fabric and sizing that is off. I wish I had waited until I received my first order before ordering more items. I'm expecting more junk that will be more expensive to return than it is to keep/donate.

The items portrayed on the website look great - well made, appear to fit the models well, appear to be good craftsmanship (unless they have 'borrowed' pictures from elsewhere on the internet?).
HOWEVER, what you receive is a far cry from what has been advertised.
The dress I received by mail had uneven seams, loose threads, uneven gathers and tucks, many puckers of the seams and in all, it will not be wearable without major revisions.
OF COURSE, they told me in an email, it is not possible for me to return it and for them to provide a refund. BUT, if I paid an additional $9.95 shipping and handling, I could pick something else from the website. When I declined (I said there was nothing else that really appealed to me), I was then offered a $15 voucher towards something else. I told them I was concerned that I would likely find myself in a similar situation - poor quality, ill-fitting product - after having paid out even more money, so I declined that.

NO, I said, I would like to return the dress I had received which I will not be able to wear.
Then I got a long winded explanation about how costly returns would be with expensive shipping fees, potential customs delays, and the risk of parcels being held or lost, all factors beyond their control. They said that as a small business, they also strive to minimize their environmental impact by operating from a single warehouse near their factory (in Asia), helping to reduce CO2 emissions and streamline logistics. The responses came almost immediately after I sent my messages, and felt very scripted (perhaps they have done this before?)

At this point, I cut my losses and decided not to proceed further.

All that to say, please save your money.

What went wrong? I ordered a pair of Italian leather clogs from a Toronto store and I got a pair of plastic shoes from China. I had to cancel my credit card and I am out $60. Although I may have been caught this time I am not stupid enough to expect a refund nor am I going to send them back to China and pay the shipping. Lesson learned. Don't be tempted by their website. It looks great but it's one big lie.

I ordered the “cotton” print blouse which looked great in the picture, but when it came it was obviously polyester and the fit was long and unattractive. I contacted them via email, and I must say that the response was almost immediate and the representative was attempting to help me, but in the end I would have had to purchase more merchandise at a reduced price. They admitted that the shirt would have to be returned to Asia, so it was not practical to send it back. But because I couldn’t trust that a replacement item would be suitable and that I would have to put more money out I declined this route. I will be more careful in the future

Buyer Beware! Worst online clothing store ever! Do not except a refund if your items do not fit or if you’re not happy with your purchase. Poor quality and very very disappointed with customer service. Avoid if possible!

Total scam. Return policy is a lie and the product I received does not look at all like what I ordered. I’m out $50 with an item I will never wear. This is NOT a Canadian company. Says it ships Cabada Post but comes from China and by the time you know this there is no recourse. Buyer beware!!!!!

Very poor quality 100% polyester shipped from China. The deep "discount" is aprx. 5 times more than I would pay if I were shopping drunk. The sizing is smaller as well.
Based on other reviews, I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund. I guess it teaches me to not be so dumb next time and to check before I order.

This is a scam company. They are not Canadian, they do not have a location in Toronto or anywhere else. This is a drop ship company, selling products made by other manufacturers at marked up prices with heavy discounts to make it look attractive to buyers. Returns must be sent to Asia at the buyer's expense and they will require a tracking number (this is extremely expensive for many Asian countries) otherwise, they will only claim that it got lost in transit. DO NOT BUY.

My wife ordered from them. We did get the goods, but inferior and no where up to the standard of the photos. They continue offering a discount on future orders rather than honouring their stated 30 day money back guarantee. The fine print states a 14 day return with permission and you need to ship to Asia. Definitely not a Canadian way to do business.
Bad news.

Wish I could give this a zero. Ordered and received a top that was originally $150. for $50. What a ripoff! It is a cheap rag that is only fit for the rag bag! They claim you can send it back for a refund but this is a China based company and it will cost a ridiculous amount to return it. They try to give you a $15. Voucher for another item. Scam me twice… I don’t think so!!!
