The service is the best around, I came to get my engagement ring made here. He really helped my create a design that fiance loved. I didnt have any knowledge of diamonds or jewellery and paul took the time to talk me through it and create a really unique engagement ring.

It was so successful i came back for my weddings rings and a custom necklace!

Paul managed to turn the custom necklace around in such a quick time frame for me and it really looked fantastic for fiance on her wedding day.

Our experience with Harper Tait was first class from start to finish. We received a warm welcome and a glass of fizz from Paul, but the best bit is we were not walking into a sales pitch! George listened to what we were looking for and provided options accordingly, as well as detailed information about what we were looking at. They then managed to produce both a wedding band and engagement ring within a very tight timeframe, ready for our 10 year anniversary. We are so happy with the outcome and I cannot recommend Harper Tait enough - you will not be disappointed!

George is great and massively helped in explaining and showing how to navigate a new and sometimes confusing industry. He was supportive throughout the whole process (without being pushy at all as we had in some other places!) and we are so pleased with the ring. After some window shopping in October 2023, we knew we were looking specifically for a radiant cut engagement ring but couldn't find a jeweller or design we were totally sold on, then we found Harper Tait online. We went to visit Paul who gave us so much of his time, and taught us so much with his expertise. He showed us SO many options for one cut. Nothing is too much effort with Harper Tait. The end result of our visits and emails (I sent a lot!) was a bespoke design, personalised to our requirements that fit our lifestyles, jobs and budget. The whole experience was so much more special than picking from a window display. We loved the engagement ring so much that there was no question as to where we would go to select our wedding bands. Everything matches in the same metal, and my wedding band sits perfectly with my engagement ring thanks to the time and attention to detail from Harper Tait who took my engagement ring when designing the band so it would all be flawless. Being a florist my ring goes through a lot on a day to day basis. Paul very kindly cleaned my engagement ring prior to our wedding in August and it looked brand new again. We couldn't be happier! My fiancé proposed with a placeholder ring and gave me the opportunity to design the final ring together with him. He let me choose the jeweler, and I was initially overwhelmed by the number of options online and in London. Having done a lot of research, we met a couple of jewelers based on reviews and the designs available on their websites.

George at Harper Tait was really helpful and friendly from the moment we first called them. We enjoyed meeting him and appreciated the transparency in pricing and processes. He also explained in detail what we should consider in our diamond choices. Although our ring design was not 100% drawn out on paper, they fully took our requests into account and the final outcome surpassed our expectations. My ring is stunning and I am so happy with it.

I had no prior of experience of making such a purchase, and so came armed with various probing questions - George took the time to thoroughly answer each of them and put our minds at ease. For example, George explained the end to end process of how Harper Tait source their diamonds and turn them into beautiful engagement rings, in such a way that means they are able to offer both the highest quality, while maintaining a competitive price point.

George was clearly someone who is highly experienced in their field, whilst apt to provide clients with exactly what they specify. Notably, we provided Harper Tait with just one stock picture of a rather niche style which we were after for the engagement ring, and we provided little in the way of further elaboration on details. Nonetheless, George took the time to understand our ask, and the end product is something much better than we could have ever hoped for - my fiancé is constantly stopped by others for the uniqueness and beauty of this very specific ring which Harper Tait brought to life - and against a very tight timeline at that!

All in all, George communicates without a fault - timely, clear, and willing to answer all questions honestly and comprehensively - whilst also clearly being highly capable at the trade itself.
