They go to great lengths to provide a superior experience. We purchase all of our products from Harrisons because of these two people. And, also because the company provides good quality, attractive products that customers rate.

Paul Hutchison literally saved my Life (radiator) by supplying a set of replacement brackets when it fell off the wall!

I've been buying from Scudo (Harrison Bathrooms) for a few years now and the one constant positive is dealing with Paul Hutchinson. Orders are placed promptly and we're notified immediately of any out of stock items. We're given dates for a re-stock or offered alternative items, which ensures there's no delays to the proposed start date for our Bathroom installs. This seems to be overlooked elsewhere in the industry, with many suppliers happy to kill an order for a stock issue, rather than actively present a list of alternatives or a due date we could have worked around. Paul understands the importance of the customer/supplier relationship and takes pride in his role. If we have any issues or an urgent order that we need to collect 'yesterday', Paul, along with my sales rep Michael Thompson, will always ensure this is organised and dealt with effectively. Paul's commitment never feels forced, just a conscious choice to help rather than obligation or pressure.

Jon, our rep, has always looked after us really well, and Eve and Jess in the office are always helpful and reliable. Callum and Charlotte in accounts are also brilliant — always determined to get things sorted and always willing to help.
