Hello to anyone reading this! I ordered a watch for my wife, and put a deposit on one for myself. Honestly I was super nervous and was asking a million questions... worrying that it was all a scam etc.
But I really can't recommend this company enough....

the over all experience was was smooth but just a little nervous I could not talk to some one direct.

Very helpful during the ordering process but the shipping was a little chaotic. No news at all for two weeks and then suddenly it arrived when we were away from home.

My ring arrived today and I am absolutely delighted with the quality. It’s stunning. I was very wary of parting with a lot of money without being able to see it and also because people online were querying the quality of the diamonds. However, John was very helpful and put my mind at ease that these were NOT lab-grown. I was able to speak to him and he would answer text messages at weekends and out of office hours. The ring arrived with a tracker (I was able to watch its journey) and as I say it’s even better than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I bought a pair of Diamond earrings for my wife's birthday. She had a specific requirement and John at Harry Chadent was great at providing advice, updates and videos of the finished product. Custom made and delivered in a few weeks. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

I placed very high value item of jewellery and I was worried about the integrity of the company after I place d and paid for the order. But they are good kept me up dating the progress of the order by email and WhatsApp.

My wife was blown away by her diamond earrings, they exploded when the box was opened with the neat LED light. The diamonds are great 1ct each VS1 G in a Martini 18k good setting. John provided excellent service UPS couriers delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. The prices were so much better than in London overall very happy and we will be back soon!

I have ordered from Harry Chadent twice now, the service is fantastic, you cannot fault it. John who dealt with both of my orders is a really nice guy, I certainly wouldn't buy Diamonds/jewellery anywhere else, my 1ct Diamond Pendant is beautiful, "Thank You John", I will be back...

I have Purchased from Harry Chad on several occasions for my Wife the latest being a 3 Carat Eternity/ Wedding Ring, As always their Service was impeccable The Ring arrived VIA UPS within two weeks of ordering it, The ring itself is absolutely lovely the Diamonds are VS1&VS 2 and the Colour G....Even the ring box had a small light built in which really sets the ring off .. so hopefully some brownie points when i finally give it to my wife... Another Thing I really liked ... is the shipping security when i opened the UPS package there were two packages inside One with the Ring and another with a Special 5G tracking device which looks like it also takes photos... A real plus point with so many packages going ( missing with carriers )
