Overall, I found your conveyancing service to be excellent—especially through your digital-first client portal and Legal CM app. The progress updates, clear document workflows, and e‑signatures made the process fast and straightforward.
I would like to single out two team-members by name, whose support consistently stood out:
Corey: polite, responsive, and always happy to answer any question—even at short notice. Their communication inspired confidence throughout.
Natasha: professional and efficient, yet warm and approachable. She helped to demystify the process and gave me assurance at each stage.
On a less positive note, I felt that the member of your telephone support team who answered incoming calls lacked flexibility—strict scripts or lack of discretion made interactions sometimes feel impersonal. I believe this role might benefit from additional training or empowerment. That said, because most communication occurs within your portal, I didn’t encounter many issues in day‑to‑day updates.

We had Harvey Baker take care of our remortgage for us and were looked after by Tom and Olivia. Communication was excellent and although the portal is the preferred method ( where you can track the progress of your mortgage) they were always very easy to contact by telephone and email. The remortgage went through in super quick time which we were really grateful for. We would have no hesitation in using their services again or recommending them to friends and family.
