Ordered an outdoor 8 chair seating cube, however the quality is not the best as some seams on the cushions are torn. For something that you spend 700 euro I'd expect better quality. Also boxes were... Voir plus

The guys were very friendly and chatty
The guys were very friendly and chatty. They were very clean and got the hob wired up and working. The only reason for the 3 stars is that I went into the shop with the dimensions of my existing hob, queried if this one would fit, was told they have a standard base it'll be fine and if not , the guys will sort it on the day. It wasnt sorted on the day. The hob was left on top of my counter because I was told I had to get a jigsaw and cut 10mm away to allow it to gently slot in... what was installation cost covering, if not to install it ??

Very Good Experience
My order was available for collection very promptly. Although I had to return my order it as it wasn't suitable, the return was effortless and the staff in Harvey Norman Waterford were very helpful and friendly.

Great purchase of DJI Osmo 360
Great purchase we cannot wait to use our new DJI Osmo 360. We placed the order very late night and was able to collect it the next morning within an hour the shops open in Waterford branch. Collection was very straightforward and staff are friendly.

I gave one star because I didn't have the option to give zero stars. Ordered a cooker hood 3/4 weeks ago, when I got my purchase confirmation email I was told the product wasn't in stock and would take 2 weeks to come after two weeks I received another email saying it would be 3 weeks to come and now received another email stating it'll be a further 11 days, I've checked out their website for all cooker hoods and they are all out of stock, I'm beginning to think they don't stock most of their products they just order them on a need basis, it should have been stated clearly at checkout that it was a pre-order and the only reason I ordered from them was because I needed it to be installed and thought it would be easier to have it delivered and installed in one go. I had a similar experience with them a few years ago and thought it was a one off but it seems I was wrong, I will never purchase for this company again.
UPDATE: After a further 14 day and no response from Harvey Norman I cancelled my order 5 weeks waiting for nothing, bought the same product in Sound store and had it delivered 2 days later. I must say the staff at Soundstore were brilliant.

Bosch washing machine delivery / installation.
The washing machine was delivered on the date given.
The delivery team phoned me first thing in the morning, gave me a delivery time and arrived on time.
They were in and out on about 15 minutes.
