Goods on floor not for sale!!!
Plenty of staff but felt I was disturbing their chat when making an inquiry. Unable to make a decision on goods I wanted to purchase from the floor even though one was a manager...loss of sale in the lighting department!!!
If goods are on display, should be available to purchase!!!!

Top class service from Anthony of GD Transport - old couch dissssembled in minutes and gone! Then new electric couch just fit in through door in two cases and assembled and working - all packing taken away - no fuss no paint scratches- sorted!

HN's delivery service was to notch, they were here first thing had everything ready to do and oven was installed in only a few minutes.

It was easy to to pick out the tv I…
It was easy to to pick out the tv I wanted on the website and to make the purchase.
Next day I needed to change the delivery address so I emailed them and the girl phoned me back with in a few hours to say she had change the address it was so easy, my tv was delivered two days later, very happy.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from Gavin
I was printing photos from my phone (which is old and I'm not a techy), in the Waterford store today, and the assistant who helped me was Gavin. He was one of the most helpful and patient retail store staff I have ever met. He also was helping at least 2 other customers at the same time. He is an asset to Harvey Norman or any employer, customer service is not dead.

I have been in the store twice in the last few weeks. Firstly with the Phone/laptop help desk. I met a lovely chap there called Marv and he couldn't have been more helpful and patient with all I asked him to do in relation to issues i had with the laptop and phone. That same day, I met a man called Vino and he was so helpful to me when I was looking for a particular item.
Today I went again to Harvey Norman to buy a new laptop and printer. I met Vino again. He was such a gentleman and so nice to deal with. He explained everything to me in lay man's terms.
It is just so lovely to meet nice pleasant, helpful staff when shopping.
Well done Vino and.Marv.
I highly recommend Harvey Norman to friends and family because of the great service experienced.
