Revolting customer service.

My daughter received a hasbro mouse trap game for Christmas from her grandparents. On opening it was missing one small piece that was essential to the game play and it is useless without it. I contacted hasbro and was basically told "not our problem",they said I have to take it back to where it was purchased and take it up with them. Problem is i didnt even buy it, and it wasnt bought in our city, so I cant do that. They dont care to rectify an issue that is entirely their fault. All it would take is one tiny piece (a small bucket) and the game would be playable. Instead i have a disappointed child and a box of plastic useless junk because hasbro dont give a rats about their customers. I will never purchase Hasbro again

All my daughter wanted for christmas

I bought I 2023 furby for my daughter for Christmas and it was broken . So I contacted hasbro and they told me they would send me a shipping label so I could send it back. So I stated to the that this is all my daughter wanted for Christmas and if they were a better company they would send me a furby with a shipping label and a box in the package to return my old furby that way. My daughter could have her furby atleast sometime closer to Christmas. They expect me to pay to have the furby packaged. Then spend my gas money to take it to the post office. Only to wait 14 days to get a new furby. This is utterly disgusting. You would expect after 20 years of making furbies they would have made a furby that would work. But just like when I was a kid they are coming broken. I threatened to contact corporate only to find out they have no contact form for corporate. All my daughter wanted for Christmas was a furby. Disabled so I didn’t have a lot of money to spend on other things. So know she has nothing to play with for Christmas until they get this furby and send us one back . My daughter litteraly cried herself to sleep last night because she couldn’t get her furby sooner. I really hope you guys feel what that’s like with your own daughter. Because you will never know the pain this causes me until you feel it: like I said I’m a disabled veteran so I don’t have much money to spend on her for Christmas. Maybe I can scrape up enough money to get another one from Walmart until it comes just to make her happy. Atleast I’m going to try . If it’s between eating and getting another furby for her I’m getting her that furby! Just so you know this review is real.

Hasbro lmtd nerf jinx

Sehr geehrtes Hasbro-Team,

ich möchte meine Enttäuschung über die Lieferung meiner kürzlich erworbenen limitierten Nerf mitteilen. Trotz meiner bewussten Entscheidung, direkt bei Hasbro zu vorzubestellenbestellen, wurde das Produkt ohne ausreichenden Schutz direkt in den Karton verpackt und wies bei Ankunft drei schrumpelige Dellen auf.

Besonders bedauerlich ist, dass ich mich bewusst für eine Bestellung direkt bei Hasbro entschieden habe, um mögliche Probleme durch Zwischenkunden zu vermeiden. Leider wurde meine Erwartung in dieser Hinsicht nicht erfüllt, und das Produkt, das ich als Sammlerstück betrachten wollte, ist nun beschädigt.

Edit: die Rücksendung der nerf verlief problemlos und kostenfrei. Neue Lieferung wurde wie beim ersten Mal nicht gemeldet und auch keine versandinformationen angezeigt. Über den Support wurde mir versichert das die neue Lieferung jetz extra doppelt verpackt ist. War aber nicht der Fall und jetz hat die neue Verpackung sogar einen riss und viele sichtbare langlezogene Streifen über die ganze verpackung. (18.01.2024)

HASBRO ist eine korrupte Firma weltweit, es werden Satans... SYMBOLE versteckt in Gesellschaftsspielen z.B Tabu Junior... Kringel.. Auf dem Bauch der Figur.. Ein Auge Optik zugezwinkert... Oder oft diese Kringel benutzt auf Spielzeugen.. Die wachen Seelen auf der Welt.. Gegen die declassifizierten Symbolik.. Zu finden über Google Suche.. Hoffentlich kommen diese Firmen weg... Verwickelt in Kinderhandel.

Ps: und Wenn TRUST PILOT diesen Beitrag löscht unterstützen sie dies bzw. Lassen es still schweigen.. Also welche Seite seit ihr? Steht ihr zu den Menschen oder nicht damit die Wahrheit jeden erreicht?

Evil people ruined the show.

Who allowed a literal *4CHANNER* to work on the creative development team for a show such as My Little Pony that is supposed to be 100% objectively safe for everyone including children? What a way to take a show that was specifically themed on *FRIENDSHIP*, and turn those morals upside down on their heads!

Lauren Faust admitted that she took "thoughtful critique" from 4chan and given the blatant ableism that started appearing in the show more and more, it clearly shows. Although I think the question should be asked "WHAT WAS SHE THINKING?!", I sadly feel like it would fall on deaf ears. As outrageous as this is, she clearly acts like she sees no problem with it whatsoever.

Proof that she did this can be found on various "news" websites, including ones like Equestria Daily - but as that website and some others are run by evil 4channers themselves, be careful when googling this, and read stuff at your own risk.

Hasbro has clearly shown they have no desire to change - no apologies were given, and the main designer for G5 ponies clearly shows that she's a big Lauren Faust fan, there is proof of this on Twitter. Although one of the ableist scenes was edited out, this was only temporary and many other ableist scenes along with other types of mean stereotypes remained in the show and were never removed in the first place.

And none of the "but she's not the director *anymore*" nonsense. Fact is, someone of the highest tier of internet evil was allowed to get *anywhere near* the official MLP studio, or into doing work for a company like Hasbro in an official capacity... I don't care who they are or how much time had passed.... just HOW WAS IT ABLE TO HAPPEN?!

Wir hatten Hasbro angeschrieben um ein Ersatzteil nachzubestellen, da uns ein Teil vom Playdoh Eiswagen kaputt gegangen ist.
Es wurde innerhalb von wenigen Tagen reagiert und uns ein Ersatzteil geschickt. Kostenlos 👍🏻

Machista y mala calidad

Hola buenas tardes, tenemos el juego de quien es quien, comprado en el corte inglés. Y no paro de sorprenderme por el machismo increíble al ver que solo hay 7 mujeres de 24 personas.... mi niño 6 años me preguntó que porqué hay tan pocas mujeres. Y la verdad uno no sabe qué responder ya que no es entendible ni lógico y menos en los tiempos de ahora, en la que ya eso debería estar más que corregido. No quiero que mi hijo crezca viendo como haya en los juegos tangente hay esta desigualdad tan evidente, no se si el creador es un hombre o que, pero no puede ser. Me tocate comprar otro juego donde si haya una igualdad entre hombres y mujeres. Bueno además el juego es malisima calidad, se salen las piezas de chocan entre ellas las pestañas de las fotos, en fin terrible en todos los sentidos!

Esperienza pessima

Esperienza pessima, ho acquistato il gioco tabù e non era completo. Ho mandato una mail e ho telefonato tantissime volte al centro assistenza. Chi risponde è incompetente, maleducato e imbroglione. Non ho mai avuto i pezzi mancanti spediti. Non comprerò mai più hasbro, il servizio clienti prende in giro il cliente e non ha alcuna forma di rispetto ne per il cliente ne per l' azienda che gli dà da mangiare.

Marvel Legends and others

I will give Hasbro 3 stars for the attempt. Their recent Haslab Galactus action figure has been phenomenal, as well as a few other amazing pieces. Unfortunately, the basic figures like Marvel Legends are disappointing to say the least. The quality of plastic is almost rubbery and still feels hollow inside. The lack of sculpting and details is also upsetting especially in comparison to other toy companies such as McFarlane Toys, or even Toy Biz from over a decade ago. Still, 3 stars is more that reasonable. There is a lot of room for improvement.

Worst post customer service ever!

I purchased the Haslab Unicron and it came with a missing piece. I was kind enough to offer them to just send me the digital file of that missing piece so I'll go to a 3D printing company so they could make me one. They replied saying they can't and they offered to check if they have that missing piece in stock if I will send them a bunch of documents. After I sent them everything I needed, the customer support agent, Deanna, just disappeared. I tried to email them few times and I was just ignored. They have the worst post purchasing service I've ever seen! Before purchasing they are replying to emails and very helpful. But if you have a problem with one of their products after? It's like talking to the wall.
They tried to offer me to give them a direct call cause they are soooo busy but I explained them that since I'm not from the states, I can't call. They obviously didn't care.

Degenerate approach to everything they touch

Anti-consumer approach to everything they involve themselves with.
Their products are commonly known as overpriced and underperforming. Regarding their legacy and reputation ... it didn't age well either.
If you consider investment into company that is commonly hated even amongst the few that tolerate and purchase their products, good luck.

HORRIBLE BOTH TIMES

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HASBRO "BOTH TIMES". My orders just sat for over a week before being shipped!!. I have an order now it's been 9 days and it still hasn't shipped As well!!.

Nerf - The quality of Nerf blasters has declined in recent years (notably Elite 2.0 products). For years, they've already been cheaping out by only painting one side of the blaster, but at least the build quality itself used to be good enough.

WOTC - The recent spike in greed from Wizards of the Coast has been remarkably disappointing, especially choices involving the OGL.
