Still have no useable motor after 3 months from purchase date. Company said they have stock on website but 3 months later they have sent a wet used faulty corroded motor unit to me.

Haswing was a Joy to deal with. Communication before during and after the sale was excelent. I bought a 24Volt Protruar G3.0 electric outboard for my 4.0m Polly Boat. The motor is great value for money. Having a reduction gear and larger propellor makes it very efficient. I had batteries from my previous 24V motor and wanted to keep the same setup.

Cayman B 80LB 83 inches
Coming from a terrible experience with Motorguide I had some reservations about this less-known brand. After hearing of a friend positive experience with a Cayman I decided to go with it.
I have owned a Cayman B 80 lb 83 inches on a 6.5 M Plate boat for over a year now and I think is time to put a review out here.
I've been using it on average once a week on the open ocean in southwest WA and I can say it's been awesome.
No issues at all only impressive power for an 80lb model, very decent battery consumption too...
With two 100 AH lithium, I can be spot-locking for 5 to 8 hours on 2 to 3 M swell and wind up to 10 knots. when gets windier around 15knt start to struggle a bit but only if well is in the equation, again I have a 6.5M Jackman hull that weighs 2T loaded with 2 people....
I really can't fault that!
Service from Greg was outstanding, I highly recommended the company and product.

Your motor was dispatched immediately upon arrival on July 20 and delivered on July 21. The factory was many months behind in fulfilling our last order, hence the delay in delivery. Normally our fulfilment time is very prompt unless we are awaiting stock from the factory.

They were straight onto what I needed and it was despatched that day
Recieved it in no time easy to use and out having a crack at trolling before I new it

The measure of a company is primarily their product however it is their after sales service that instils consumer confidence. I cannot rate the Haswing electric trolling motors highly enough, superior manufacturing that is easy to use and reliable. I am even more impressed by their after sales service. My inquiries have been dealt with professionally and in a timely fashion. If you are thinking of investing in an electric motor I highly recommend the Haswing.
