The Hatch Chile Store Avis 

New Mexican by birth and can’t live without my green chilis. Moved to Florida a few years ago and have to import my green chilis. Hatch has been a wonderful company to work with. Quick, good shipping costs and very well priced produce. My only complaint is my batch of hot chilis was flawless. However, my batch of medium had a few chilis that had spoiled during delivery or were cut in half during harvest. It was maybe 10 chilis max. Not something I’d hold against them and doesn’t take away from their 5 star rating. Just something Hatch should be aware of. Some customers would react very negatively to an issue like this but those kind of people are usually just miserable with their lives. Anyways keep up the good work and we’ll see you next year for my yearly fix. Siempre te esperamos

I have been buying Hatch green chili from this company for years! They have to ship it to me and it always arrives in great condition (even in the extreme heat not one spoiled chili) you never disappoint me! Thank you for your GREAT customer service as well as growing the BEST chili!!!

Being a naive New Mexican who now lives in the South, my green Chile craving long went unresolved until I found The Hatch Chile Store. They gave me an option for the shipping date, which was greatly appreciated, shipped it out on Wednesday and I received it on Thursday. I spent a hot day roasting it on the grill and we’ve been eating it everyday since. Hot & delicious!

We are from the El Paso, Texas and currently live in Houston, Texas. One thing we missed the most about west Texas was the Hatch Chile's ... then we found The Hatch Chile Store! Our box of chilies' arrived as promised and they were fresh and ready to roast. I look forward to trying some of the products they offer.

The chilies were delivered quickly. I grilled them and then froze them. I just made my first ever Green Chili Stew. It is still cooking so I haven’t tasted it yet, but it smells fantastic. Can’t wait to eat it!

Had some inaccuracies in website re shipping, chat tool didn't work. Communication a bit slow. But product arrived when promised & recipient was very pleased. Good job.

Lol, cannot get green chilies in Florida, the delivery driver said the smell was amazing, I opened the box and explained how to roast and eat them, roasted the right away and they are delicious. Some people are envious that I have green chilies in Florida. I tell them to get roaster and order some. Thank you

I have been a loyal customer for years and have sampled chiles from many different companies. None compared to Hatch chiles. Their quality and flavor are unmatched, and I will continue to purchase them for years to come.

I live in Oregon and was so happy to find, the Hatch Chile store for my New Mexico chile. Easy to order. High quality product. Loved getting my fresh box so quickly! I'm waiting for my next batch!

The products are just exceptional with a wonderful variety and always timely delivered. I don't go anywhere but THCS for my chiles. But as good as the products are, they will never be better than those people who work there. Every experience I've had with them has been 1st Class or better. They are very personable and very helpful and sometimes pretty funny. If you haven't bought from THCS, you've got to give them a try.

I hesitate to leave a good review, as I fear you will run out of Chili and I will be left in misery. We LOVE Hatch Green Chili, and this year's batch is SOOOO Good. Ordering is easy, delivery is seamless and the taste of NM is as close be being home as anything could be. THANK YOU for providing this service to us die hard chili fans.

it's amazing to me how a company stays in business when they will not return communications. over a week now with multiple calls in leaving voicemails and call back numbers and this year their customer service went to ZERO. I will be finding another outlet for my chilis in the future. Lost my business by simply not returning a phone call AT ALL!!

I ordered mild chilis and they turned out to be strong so my wife and I could not eat them or use them in our recipes. They also arrived in Green Bay thawed but still cold. When I called to let a person know they arrived thawed, the person mentioned that a new packing was being used. I told her it did not work. Our money was promptly refunded. I don't plan on any future purchases.

This is the fifth order of fresh peppers from this merchant. The peppers arrived in great shape, with no spoilage, damage or problems. Communication was excellent and everything ran as expected. I couldn’t be happier.

BTW, the prepared items, particularly the tamales, are superb.

Ordered 25lb of fresh green chili. Product was scheduled to arrive on a Friday. Never arrived and the chili sat in a hot distribution center over the weekend and when it arrived late Monday it was badly wilted. No longer fresh and firm. Customer emailed and apologized and stated a new box of chili would be shipped out. Replacement chili never arrived. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered Chiles mid-July, they arrived in August.. (they send hot on certain days) but once sent, it arrived the next day in my little mountain town in Idaho (nothing arrives here next day) and we roasted them, froze them, and *should* have green chile till November… also they make great gifts in these parts!

Excellent experience and an excellent product. Will definitely deal with again.

While the peppers were absolutely beautiful, I ordered medium peppers and received extra hot. I have canned them but they burnt the skin on my fingers while deseeding and they’re too hot for me to use. A waste of my money and I was looking so forward to them.
