The Hatch Chile Store Avis 

I ordered Hatch Chile peppers in a jar for a gift and I was sent Hatch Chile pepper SAUCE. I emailed immediately with the problem and screenshots of my order. I calked the next day after no response and was told I would get a call back but that didn’t happen. I emailed again and explained I need the right product by 8/24 for the gift, but again no response. I called again and was told to leave a voicemail, but no response. Since no one would respond and I needed the chiles for a gift, I ordered them from another company but I’m not even sure they will come on time. I still have not received a call or email a week later. I will never order from this company again.

Chile came in a timely manner.
Had various sizes which I like for different meal preparation.
Only 2 or 3 chiles I had to cut about an inch off of due to shipping damage. Cut off the damaged part and put the rest on a burger, yum! Only order fresh from you!

I used to travel to either Taos or Santa Fe every year for my ristras (I lived in Colorado for 60 years). Since retiring and leaving Colorado I have missed the annual trip south to New Mexico and even more my chili's. The ristras arrived in perfect condition and they are hanging at my front door in North Carolina. Thank you for bringing a small part of the southwest back to me!

It’s easy to order online, and every box I order is clean, crisp, and delicious.

The chilis arrived just as the email notification said in just picked condition. This is our 2nd year and will continue year after year. These chilies are the best!

The purchase of the roaster was good. Took a bit to receive. Used it for the first time this weekend and was very disappointed. The metal warped the paint blistered off and the functionality of even roasting was subpar. I was better off doing it directly on my regular grill. I would like to return the item as it is certainly not worth the money. Very archaic when my chilies were not roasting evenly I switched to my grill especially since the paint was sloughing off into my peppers

The chile arrived quickly and was in good condition. Besides enjoying it I have shared it with friends who have also made orders.

The chilis were received in perfect condition, and I got to work roasting them right away! We've had relleno casserole so far, and the flavor is good as ever. I have frozen them roasted until I get enough tomatillos to make roasted salsa. Can't wait! Thanks for growing these wonderful chilis! I appreciate the harvest updates so I know when to expect delivery, and can make sure I have time available to make the most of them!

We pre-ordered chiles this year, and the Hatch Chile Store came through with a very fresh batch of chiles from the early pickings. We roasted them right away and have been enjoying the great flavor!

It was great to get fresh chile, they were large and meaty. However about 15-20% of them were either damaged or rotted and had to be thrown away, so that was a bit of a bummer. But the good chiles were great!

My mild chili's arrived in beautiful shape on the date I chose. They were plump, fresh and smelled heavenly even before roasting! They are now roasted, peeled and in freezer for frequent use. Have already had one round of green Chile cheeseburgers for dinner which received rave reviews. Am a repeat customer and have not been disappointed!

We ordered 12x2 foot ristras for our wedding, and I was amazed at how quickly they arrived! They look beautiful, and I can't wait to see them at our wedding reception. Thank you!!!

I was out of town and was able to make arrangements for my peppers to be delivered when I returned. Peppers arrived in excellent condition. I've spent the last 3 days roasting and cleaning peppers to get ready for canning. These peppers taste great! I'm really happy I found this company to purchase my hatch chilies.. my favorite peppers to cook with

I ordered fresh chile from The Hatch Chile Store. It arrived in fabulous condition. I received exceptional customer service, with several emails before shipment, when it shipped, and after I received it. They told me what to expect when it arrived and how best to store it and use it to keep it fresh. This was a fantastic experience. I will definitely order from them again.

I received my shipment and immediately put them in the cool..I went thru the box which looked as if it went through a war....broken and retaped by shipping company. Threw out the broken and rotten ones. Next day went to start roasting and 3/4 of the box was rotten. Ended up with about 1 1/2 dozen out of a 25lb box. Will not order again because the east coast shipment is not a good option in August

I love hatch chilies and I am so glad I found The Hatch Chile Store ! I put them on my BBQ ribs,omelets,sandwiches,meat loaf,fish,of course every Mexican food dish, hot dogs,burgers,rice EVERYTHING .Ok I haven't tried them on peanut butter but I might .

I've been buy chilies here for 3 years. This year I tried to change the delivery date for a week later than planned. The message got missed and the chilies arrived while I was on vacation and baked in 100 degree heat for 3 days. I messaged the Hatch Chile Store and they sent a replacement box right away. Hatch chilies are the best flavor chilies and they're shipped to your door fresh. I will order from Hatch Chile Store every year. Thanks again!!

Been ordering from the Hatch Chile Store for years and it always arrives in good condition. The flavor and heat are consistently as advertised - great for chili cheeseburgers, renillos and cassaroles.
