The Hatch Chile Store Avis 

Arrived quickly. Ordering was super easy. This will be my new way to get the chilies. Previously I would go to a roasting in my area and do all the work to get them ready to freeze. Huge amount of time to do so.

When my 2 boxes arrived I put them in my restaurant cooler because it was late in the day and couldn’t roast them-2 days later I took them and roasted them and not one was spoiled-there were fantastic and I have bought many years and will continue to buy those magnificent chilies and have them shipped to FL

Great Hatch chile. 1st batch of med was great ordered again last Sunday with over nite delivery. Get an email & text saying fields did not produce enough chile this yr. Understandable. Said chile would be late & shipped another date. I canceled bcuz I went to another seller. Chile delivered today.

I live in San Antonio, Texas now. Born and raised in El Paso so I'm very familiar with great Hatch chili. Opening the box of my chili was like Christmas!! Roasted and in my freezer. Wonderful quality and flavor was perfect!

Chilis arrived very fresh. Not a blemish or soft spot. I broiled all of them until very dark on both sides. Put in a paper bag Than peeled them. Placed serving amount on cling wrapped flat. Froze all in freezer bag. I bought mild. Oh I did put them in the sink with cold water and a few ice cubes to cool them down after delivery.

I’ve been ordering 🌶️’s from you for quite sometime. 25lb of green should get me through the winter here in Seattle.
Now i just need the Reds and I’ll be in heaven

Chiles arrived in great shape! Roasted, cooled, packaged and frozen the next day! The kitchen smelled wonderful....ready for New Mexico enjoyment all winter!

I think the pecans could be roasted more. They taste closer to raw nuts. The green chile flavor is so mild you should probably sea salt them, then add green chili dust.

I ordered three different things from this company. The fresh tortillas arrived in a million pieces. There’s not much to do with them except make chips which is not why I ordered them.
I reached out with pictures by email and text message, which the website says is the fastest way to communicate. Still waiting after more than a week.

Great products that really can't be found anywhere else. Service is always great and deliver timely and well packaged to protect the products. I'd probably order more frequently if there were deals on delivery (maybe free delivery if ordering over a certain dollar amount). They do offer discounts for ordering more product so I'm not complaining.

My order was shipped to the wrong address and when I contacted you, the email reply was very dismissive and there was nothing I could do to get the Chili’s delivered to my proper address. I have bought from you many times, I will not be buying from you anymore.

I’ve bought my Chiles from this company for multiple years now. Very satisfied with the service. Zero complaints and I’ll continue shopping with them. Chiles are packaged correctly and look like the ads. Perfectly fresh. The day after delivery I roast them and freeze.

I hate to write this but by the time I received my order everything was thawed also warm. I realize you cannot guarantee delivery condition and thats why I didn't complain. I will still order from you because your product is delishous and I miss New Mexico food.

Another great batch of hatch chilis. Extra hot Lumbre this time and they have more heat than I expected. "Roasted" them in the air fryer this time. Came out great! See you next year!
