The Hatch Chile Store Avis 

I used to buy the fresh Chiles but switched to frozen. The Hatch store does the best job of roasting and freezing properly. I usually get 10 lbs of medium that I use throughout the year.

We ordered from you direct often. Always a pleasure experience. Thank you. Hatch Chili canned products in the local markets don’t compare with the farm fresh.

Excellent product. This was my first time ordering. I didn't realize how many orders they process and they fill the oldest orders first. They also harvest responsibly by not over harvesting at one time.

The delivery was perfect, and the chilies were perfect. All of the chilies were nice and firm.

The quality of the peppers were great. Hotter than planned but they made excellent enchilada sauce and diced peppers.

I ordered chili and was told the mailing label was incorrect. It was returned. I called to find this out, and was asked to pay an additional cost to ship overnight. I was not told my shipment was returned until I called. i had an event yesterday that I was to cook for, had to order pizza instead due to no green chili as planned. Now I still do not have my order.

I got five pounds of the medium Hatch peppers. The company was very helpful at emailing me as to when they were going to be picked, packaged and shipped. They arrived in great condition and very fresh. So far I have made two batches of hot pepper relish, Hatch chili corn bread, chili rellenos and even some in a meatloaf. I will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the fresh hatched chilies and they arrived and a bunch of them were damaged and smashed and rotten. I requested help on this order for either a refund or partial and your customer support team including your manager denied me so I’ll probably never buy a product from you again sorry but that’s Business.

The website makes it easy ordering fresh chiles. They cover any damage or spoiled chiles. Great to work with. I have seldom had any bad product from them. I’ve been ordering for years!

Peppers arrived only a day late but that was ok. Peppers are delicious. My only regret was I should have ordered more. :)

The Hatch Chile Store is fantastic. We have ordered products from this store for years. Although we now live in Alabama, these products arrive fresh and remind us of home.

I grew up in Albuquerque. Moved to Florida 15 years ago. I have been ordering from Hatch Chile Store for the past 2 years. There was one vendor here who carried small batches of the chile but the stopped carrying it. Hatch Chile Co. ALWAYS comes through for me. I will continue to order from them as long as the continue producing.

As a first-time buyer, I went all in: 10 pounds of hot chiles. Got them Thursday, and on Saturday was out roasting, steaming, skinning, vacuum sealing, and freezing.

I was so giddy...I immediately went and order 10 pounds of mild, too, so I can be fully prepared for any chile emergency in the off-season.

Great communication, great and fast shipping, and importantly--amazing product! I'm about to become a regular!

I love the green chilies that you all have. The shipment I received was pretty unthawed by the time I got it no ice left or whatever was packed with but the middle was still pretty cold so I just went ahead and re-froze it.

Could not be better 'served.' The food and sauces are excellent; the shipping was fantastic. I had a minor screw-up, but they resolved it immediately. I will buy again. I highly recommend you, folks.
