The hat was described as large
The hat was described as large. I have a large head and this hat is a good hat but not large. Better to use standard sizing indicator to avoid disappointment.

The hat was described as “large” in comparison to many pillbox styles, as pillboxes can vary considerably in size and coverage. We understand, however, that terms like “large” can be subjective, particularly for customers with larger head sizes. Our product photos are taken on an average-sized mannequin head to help provide a realistic sense of proportion.
We always welcome customer questions prior to purchase and are happy to provide further sizing guidance where needed.

My sister passed just passed a way and I was given her wedding hat ,it is in pristine condition and around 30 years old ..I will be wearing it Melbourne cup day and very proud of it..I have never had anything so pretty..im 80 years old..

Brown cupid millinery fascinator
I searched for weeks, but I couldn't find what I wanted until I found Oz Hats, which has the biggest collection of shapes, colors, and seasonal hats.
The delivery was really fast and convenient, as you can choose a fast delivery option.
The fascinator was really elegant; the fabric, the stitching, and the trimming were done perfectly.

BEST customer service I have experienced
I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I ordered a product with express post, and it arrived the next day. Unfortunately, they delivered the incorrect product, and I was leaving the following day. The company kindly arranged delivery of the correct product that evening, as I lived close to their warehouse. This is exceptional customer service

The fascinator is beautiful
The fascinator is beautiful. I would have lined the band to have been attached to fascinator as I have short hair and the clip won’t hold on my hair. I will try and attach to clip but the fascinator is gorgeous!

Hat was a birthday gift and was received well. Would of loved it in a dust bag instead of straight in the packing box.

This method helps maintain their shape and prevents damage during transit. While dust bags may seem like a desirable addition, they do not offer the structural protection required for safe shipping and can allow hats to become misshapen.

This is my second year for Kentucky Oaks & Derby weekend
This is my second time ordering a fascinator for Kentucky Oaks & Derby weekend. Extremely well made. Customer service is wonderful. I received so many compliments on my fascinator last year I had to go with them again this year.
