Erg klantvriendelijk, gevraagd om een andere kleur pet dan wat ik had besteld. Deze was uitverkocht. Maar kreeg aangeboden een andere uit te zoeken ter compensatie mocht deze ook nog duurder zijn..

Excellent Website, Broad Selection Hats, and Great Service
The Hat Store has an excellent website, and a wide selection of hats. I found a Wigens one that I could not find elsewhere. I was initially leery about sending money to a Swedish company, but I have found their service to be exemplary. They sent my hat via UPS, and it was very easy to follow its progress from Sweden, to Denmark, to Germany, and then to Louisville, Kentucky, Calgary, and eventually Edmonton. All of this took just a little more than one week.

Super service en snel ontvangen. Eindproduct top!
Salah heeft me super geholpen want het was een lastige bestelling. Hij heeft heel erg z'n best gedaan om de bestelling toch voor elkaar te krijgen en dat is ook volledig gelukt. Ook de levering via DHL Express is vlot verlopen.

Designed and ordered several caps (embroidery and patch). Delivery has always been fast, and so far, the results have always been as expected or even exceeded my expectations.
I've contacted customer service (Customer Service & Service Hero) several times and the've always been very helpful, always responded within 24 hours and are very proactive in help finding a solution.
Very clear, fast, helpful and friendly.

Bestel hier niet!
Petten besteld. Eerst maar 1 pet ontvangen na 4 weken wachten. Mail verstuurd waar de andere petten blijven, als reactie kreeg ik dat ze zouden worden verzonden. Inmiddels 3 maand verder en nog niet ontvangen. Er word ook niet meer gereageerd op tickets die je via de site kan versturen. Slecht bedrijf. Bestel hier niet.

Paar petten besteld waarvan bij een het het logo niet helemaal in midden zat. Super snelle reactie gekregen op mijn mail en goeie service, waardoor het probleem snel is opgelost. Rest van de petten kwamen natuurlijk wel in goeie staat. Fijne winkel!

Good customer service and quality
I’ve ordered a few embroidered caps before (with my own logo) which were reallly good quality
This time I ordered a cap with a custom design on a patch. The one I received was not good at all so I got in contact with the company. They asked me if I wanted a new one or wanted my money back. I decided to give it a chance and go for a new one. They’ve sent me a new one and although its way better, I feel like it still looks too bright and the shade is not correct. It is very different than their examples on the website
EDIT (12th of November): Oscar from the customer service kept in contact with me and asked me to send the design. Later he emailed me again with a picture and asked what I thought of it. They solved the issue with the coloring and sent me a new cap again, which I just received. It looks amazing now and exactly like the examples on their website!

Mystery box
Mystery box besteld was volgens hun eigenlijk te goed om waar te zijn nou niks is minder waard . In de box zitten 4 petjes maar man wat een slechte box 1 petje van een ijshockey club van de Stanley cup uit 2011 echt recent zeg maar 1 petje met een plaatje van 2 bijtende honden waarvan het plaatje scheef op de pet genaaid zit . Petje 3 onbekend merk met tekst erin genaaid wat de voorkant van het petje helemaal vervormd heeft en teven is dit eerder een kinder maat . En petje 4 is eigen merk enigszins redelijk maar dit zijn gewoon petjes die niet meer verkopen en blijven liggen in het magazijn en zo kunnen ze nog wat centen verdienen met ouwe troep . Echt zonde van je geld dit was de tweede keer bij hun besteld maar is gelijk ook de laatste keer
