Hatton Garden Diamond Avis 

We received excellent service and advice from Nisha when looking at rings for a 50th birthday. Nothing was too much trouble. Stephens experienced view was also much appreciated. The products are the very best and the prices are very fair. We were so pleased we went back to Nisha to look for necklaces and we would not shop anywhere else now. We would highly recommend this shop.

Atrocious customer service by staff who were condescending and straight up lied!

I contacted the email provided in the reply below with my complaint and did not receive any reply. Unsurprisingly, the online customer service is just as bad as in-store!

I received a reply email on 31/08/23, after I left a follow up to my initial review above. The reason stated in the email was, and I quote, "The young lady you spoke to is new and is not yet fully briefed on the protocol for people looking to sell/valuations."! An individual who was under-qualified and untrained was put on customer facing duties! That pretty much sums up my initial review. There was no need for me to reply to the email because I took my business elsewhere where I was treated like a customer should be! Hatton Garden Diamond needs to invest appropriate time and resources to train their staff adequately!

From start to finish the service was perfect. I designed a ring for my partner and it turned out exactly what I envisioned and she is over the moon with it. Gemma dealt with my ring and was a fantastic member of staff who I would happily go back to in the future for wedding bands/ any other jewellery we need. Great place, great service

I checked out so many online stores and stores within Hatton Garden but none compared to this place. Had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen who was very insightful, helpful and above all honest. They were happy to work around my busy schedule and were able to make and size up my fiance's ring for collection well before the due date. Can't recommend enough

Despite doing my research, there is nothing else quite like Hatton Garden and how it works so you have to throw yourself into it. I spoke to and visited plenty of jewellers up and down HG but I was super impressed with Hatton Garden Diamond who were friendly, patient and super professional. Mitchell is the man to speak to and crucially the ring and how it was built was exactly what we wanted. Easy 5 stars

I have some vintage jewellery from my mother, and I needed help to sort it out. Stephen Perry was very helpful and took the time to tell me what was valuable and what was not, also to give me advice about possible repairs. I will definitely trust him and this shop when I next buy jewellery.

I went to 4 different Jewellers on my first visit to Hatton Garden to get an idea of designs. The team at Hatton Gardens Diamonds were extremely helpful, they didn't pressurise me into deposits like the others, just trusted themselves to give a great service and valuable information which I was able to take away with me. Mitchell informed me about designs & showed me a number of diamonds on the day, he was also the only person from my initial day in Hatton to bother following up with me, he really cared about my creation. We stayed in touch & he invited me back so we could finalise and get the ring sorted. My now fiancee is so pleased with the ring & HGD are re-sizing it for free. For anyone shopping in Hatton, this is the place to visit. Ask for Mitchell but I have every confidence the rest of the team would do as good a job. Thanks for everything!

5 Stars are not enough for Hatton Garden Diamond. The service and after sales care you recieve from the staff here is by far the best you will ever experience.

I visited Hatton Garden Diamonds because of its 5 star reviews. Well deserved. I was helped by Stephen to purchase a diamond Tennis Bracelet. He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted within my budget. I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. No pressure. Just a friendly, honest family run business.

My Mother wanted to purchase my then fiancé a wedding gift. She decided to purchase pearl/diamond earrings. We went to Tiffany in Selfridges and considered Mikimoto.
