I recently wanted to buy an item from this company a and spoke to an adviser about the particular product snd I decided to buy it. He was very kind and helpful and I talked to him generally about the kind of purchases I would be interested in. I explained that there would actually need to be two available of any item I was interested in as they would be gifts for my two sons
When an item became available which he thought I might like, he kindly rang me to tell me about it and I decided to buy. I was very happy to talk to him without any undue sales pressure, simply informing and explaining the items available which were within my budget. I liked them and decided to buy 2 of them. The interaction was pleasant - I felt no pressure to buy and was not rushed. The service was excellent overall and the items arrived very quickly

Oh my goodness, what an absolute delight my purchase of the 10th gold/platinum coin. The modern take on Una and the Lion depicting a young Queen Elizabeth, although small and requiring a magnifying glass to view, has to be one of the best coins I’ve purchased. Stunning and unique. On top of this, Hattons have also sent me the gift of a beautiful pictorial timeline history of the Queen, which is an important part of our history as well as being a wonderful educational resource for my grandson. I am very grateful to Hattons for their service and attention to making their customers experience a happy one. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Hattons

I have never used this company before and I must say ordering on there website was very easy.
They gave me an estimated delivery date which was a couple of weeks from my order, however the item was delivered over a week before the scheduled date.
The coin was well packaged and is fabulous.
Cannot fault this company at all and will definately purchase from them again in the future
