I chose my rug online and I was worried it wouldn't be as good as the website image, but it was perfect. Love. I hadn't heard of this company before so the dispatching and transport updates were also reassuring.

Tuscany wool rug fits perfectly in our warm toned living room
This wool rug fits absolutely perfectly in my space,it tied everything together the moment I rolled it out. The texture feels soft yet durable, and the quality is obvious from the first touch. Very rapid attention to my order.
Very rapid attention to my order and delivery. However, the colours of the rug I purchased were much lighter/paler than those on the website, even allowing for photo inaccuracies. The actual rug was far too pale and unsuitable and I passed it on to others. Otherwise, happy.

Excellent quality and after sales service
We bought a 100% wool rug recently and had a small defect on it. It was replaced quickly and the new one is perfect. Very helpful and efficient replacement. Looks gorgeous and is exactly what we wanted.
