Loved the hoodie it looked amazing

Excellent quality, I've ordered from here before and have had so many compliments for the hoodies. I ordered more for gifts this time as everyone keeps asking where i got them from. Really pleased with the quality and work. Took a while to come but I was informed all the way through. Will definitely buy moree. Definitely recommend.

Good quality hoodie. Reasonably priced. Delivery took some time but was within the stated time. Would have like an email to be sent to confirm item dispatched.

Placed an order 10 days before I needed it which I thought was plenty of time. The website implies that I should receive my order in a week. I have since been informed that I misunderstood this, “delivery time will be 3-5 working days” to me means within a week, this is what I read on the product description. I have since been informed that I have not understood this correctly. I do think this could be made clearer as I still read this as meaning a week. If you need to get in touch avoid email and try WhatsApp, I got a response to a WhatsApp message within minutes and was told that the order had been dispatched by 1st class mail rather than 2nd class. No tracking number given. My order arrived at the 11th hour, meaning I had already purchased something else as I couldn’t risk not having a present for my great nephew. The whole experience was stressful and I will only order again if I have a whole 2 weeks to plan the present. The situation could have been avoided if the timescale on the product description was made clearer. Product was good for the price and made a great additional present.

Very good quality

I ordered several personalised hoodies as gifts, waited over a month for them to arrive. I messaged the company who then told me my order had been cancelled due to incorrect pricing on the website. I was told I'd be getting a full refund shortly and a 30% off code, both of which I'm still waiting on. Also after messaging them, responses were incredibly slow.

I ordered from haya clothing more than a year ago! I didn't receive the product. I have just received a refund now for it. Ridiculous!!

I ordered a personalised hoodie on 13th June 2024. I heard nothing for 2 weeks. I contacted them on numerous occasions. I finally receive a reply 2 weeks after the order was placed informing me that it will be ready for dispatch "within the next 72 hours". I did receive my item on 6th July. Allow plenty time for delivery. They have offered me 20% refund.

5 star all the way, excellent customer service. Item was requested to arrive earlier than anticipated, delivered as promised and in excellent quality...... Thank you!!

Has a bit of a problem with tracking, but arrived all in order, good quality hopefully the gold writing will not come off when washed.

I feel like everything about haya clothing is great from the online shop to the clothes itself, only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 was the delivery and customer service, although it does say clearly that delivery takes long, but after being delayed by 2 weeks and so I was a little worried that it got lost or something, because I never got the shipment email or if it was posted, this was because I needed the stuff by a certain date, other than that I feel like maybe it was just a one off, otherwise okay service.
Maybe try to better the customer service and delivery/ shipment quality and it should do wonders.

Took money from me a month ago and still no product. I've chased 2 times now via their WhatsApp and they're ignoring me when ive asked to know when I can expect my delivery and when I asked to cancel my order given the lack of response and still no delivery. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!
