The hair is terrible quality!! I bought 400 grams just over a month ago, and if there’s even 100 grams left, that’s a lot.
The hair gets tangled every second. It’s definitely fake hair.
Terrible. I paid almost £900 for nothing.
And to make things worse, they blocked me on Instagram.
The hair purchased was chosen with the help of the owners, the colour and texture … it matches to a T, which is something I’ve struggled to find for years as I’ve got different curl patterns . Even the packing was pretty, overall very impressed … thank you girls x
I really love my extensions and the hair brushes I ordered were such good quality my hair now doesn’t shed as much as it used to. Of course I’ve got to mention the packaging I’ve still got it in my room as it’s so pretty. The delivery and shipping was quite quick too I’d definitely buy again! Can’t wait for more products to drop!
DO NOT BUY from this company, been waiting 2 months for hair. After one month they sent the wrong shade, they accepted return but had to pay my own postage, they have since not sent anything new, they are refusing me a refund despite the fact I haven’t even received the hair!!! The worst customer experience I have dealt with in terms of customer service! Overpriced and not abiding at all by customer rights!!!

When you contacted us regarding the shade, we accepted the return and worked with you to resolve the issue. Although our products are custom-made and our returns policy is clearly outlined at checkout and on our website, we made an exception in an effort to provide a positive resolution.
Following your return, we have since issued you with a full refund. We therefore respectfully disagree with the statement that we have refused a refund, as this is factually incorrect.

I was in close communication with Hayles via Instagram to assist with color and curl pattern. I purple shampoo my extensions to help create a more ash tone! I had difficultly finding the right product to help with the tips but once I found a curl cream it was perfect! “girls with curls” defining cream and water and BAM! Perfect. Two bundles sewn in between tracks.

Super disappointed from start to finish. The customer service is shocking they take days to respond but continue to post promotion. My order has been delayed by a week!! I have requested a refund and hope they handle this with more grace than I have been show so far. Really disappointed.

Don't buy from this company the hair quality is absolutely ridiculous and they don't accept returns the hair is thin and very bad quality. I went back-and-forth with them for months shown them that the product has not even been opened and it's original box and they still refused.

However, we’d like to clarify a few points for future customers. Your order consisted of a single bundle, which is not intended to provide a full-head installation. Most full installs require multiple bundles depending on the desired fullness, so the appearance of the hair being “thin” was due to the quantity ordered rather than the quality of the product itself.
We also reviewed your return request. Unfortunately, the hygiene seal had been removed from the packaging. As clearly stated in our Returns Policy and agreed to at checkout, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the hygiene seal has been broken due to hygiene reasons.
We always aim to be fair and transparent and are happy to assist customers before purchasing to ensure they order the correct quantity for their desired look.

I recently purchased curly hair extensions from Hayles Hair, and I was extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service I received.
First of all, the curly hair extensions I received were incorrectly recommended. The curls were quite clearly ‘waves’ and didn’t match my curl pattern despite sending multiple pictures. When I reached out to the company to inquire about a return or exchange, I was ignored and later blocked from their story!
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for their customers.
I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for quality hair extensions or good customer service. It is clear that they are more interested in scamming people than providing a satisfactory experience for their customers. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Prior to placing your order, we spent considerable time assisting you with colour and curl pattern recommendations based on the photos provided. As with all curly hair, curl patterns can vary significantly depending on factors such as styling routine, products, moisture levels and individual hair texture. While we always do our best to recommend the closest possible match, an exact match cannot be guaranteed from photographs alone.
We also categorically reject the allegation that we are “scamming” customers. Hayles Hair is a legitimate business that has supplied thousands of customers with premium curly hair extensions, many of whom return to purchase from us again.
Regarding your return request, our Returns Policy is clearly displayed on our website and agreed to during checkout. As your hygiene seal had been broken/opened, we were unfortunately unable to accept a return in line with our hygiene policy. This policy exists to protect all of our customers and is applied consistently.
Finally, we did not ignore your correspondence. We responded to your enquiries and explained our position in accordance with our published policies. Any restrictions to our social media content are entirely separate from your order and do not affect our willingness to communicate through our customer service channels.
We always strive to provide honest advice, quality products and professional customer service, and we remain committed to treating every customer fairly and consistently in line with our published terms and conditions.
