Shocking Operational Negligence
I ordered a grinder that arrived defective and completely failed to function as described. While product defects occur, Headshop’s handling of the return process was not only unhelpful but actively reckless and potentially criminal.
When I requested a standard return for their faulty merchandise, Headshop refused to provide a necessary, prepaid shipping label and, instead, issued an utterly irresponsible instruction: I was told to perform a quick cleaning and mail the grinder—which contains cannabis residue—via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), paying for the label myself.
It is astonishing that a company calling itself "Headshop" would demonstrate such an acute lack of awareness regarding the federal laws governing their products. Mailing drug paraphernalia with residue via USPS is strictly prohibited and constitutes a federal offense (Title 21 U.S.C. § 863). Their suggestion that a brush and soapy water negates this legal risk shows a level of negligence and bad faith that is frankly inexcusable.
I refused to commit a potential federal crime to accommodate their cheapness and ineptitude. Since Headshop insisted on an illegal return method, they have effectively forfeited their right to require the return of the defective item.
I have immediately escalated this matter to my bank to initiate a full chargeback dispute, submitting Headshop’s dangerous return instructions as evidence. Avoid this company. Their customer service is not just poor; it demonstrates a stunning disregard for the safety and legal standing of their customers.

It is not true. Both bowls shattered under the heat. They should not.
When I contacted Headshop, they basically gave me the finger.
After they saw this review, they offered pennies on the dollar as compensation.

They are baiting and switching items on their site, they advertise the v1 puffco as the v2 and are charging the same price as the v2. Customer service is less than responsive as well, they’re posting on their IG and will read your message but not respond. I’d stay far away.

Best price on-line for the dry herb vape i was interested in. Ordered the vape and awaited it's arrival. I got the tracking info within 24hrs and then, within 30mins, I got an email from USPS post office in St Louis, which is where headshop.com is located, indicating that the shipper didnt pay the full amount of shipping and if I didn't want my delivery delayed, I needed to follow the link and pay the remaining amount which was actually minimal. I followed the link and it looked like the legit USPS site. I even followed a couple of the links on this site such as "Carreers" and something else and both took me to the proper USPS links. So, it looked legit. I put in my card info and got the notice that my card issuer denied payment. So, I entered another card and after a moment got the same reply. I then IMMEDIATELY put a hold on both cards online. The next morning I got an email thanking me for opening an Apple Store account with one of these cards. At that time I reported fraud and requested two new cards.
So, it may not be headshop.com itself that's crooked but I'd bet my left knut that someone there is. This incident along with the lowest price (by a long shot) for this particular vape online makes me wonder just how they can afford such a low price.

UPDATE: After over 3 weeks sending emails regarding the purchase that was charged to my Credicard but never received, never even heard from Headshop.com , still on my creditcard statement and wasnt refunded. This business are a big scan. Recently made a purchase from Headshop.com but did not received any email from them, my credit card was charged. So I emailed them asking them to check the order, since I was charged for $ 300.15. Never replied to my emails even after the 24hours they stated on their website for inquiries. I tough the company was a legit business that I could purchase from but seems like I was wrong. Please refund my money so I can buy somewhere else.

Honestly not a website I would recommend ordered 3 things and only received one. Then when I told their customer service they said the other items were on the way it took 2 weeks and they sent the wrong items. I did get a refund on what I didn’t get so I did not get scammed but the whole process was bad and annoying. Seems like they are a big drop shipping company take your money else where .
Headshop.com Should Do Better
I bought a product from the self-declared "most trusted headshop on the internet." Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The item I bought is clunky and hard to use. It seems like more of a parlor trick than what I need. This is no fault of Headshop.com since the construction seems sturdy. I have NO complaints about the manufacturing. This review is ONLY for Headshop.com. Based on my experience with my product, I would return it and buy something different. I haven't yet because Headshop's return policy is not for us customers. It's so difficult and costly that it seems like getting their customers the products that work for them doesn't really matter. That part is a huge disappointment. Also, your return policy blames the victim right at the beginning of the second paragraph "do your own research" but you don't provide videos or a credible source or anything on how these things work. I have to scour the internet and find videos and hope it gives me some idea how to use a product THEY sell and I don't know about. How could I find a product on the internet and just know that people are using it as intended? I know there are people smarter than me working this out, but I shouldn't get an expensive riddle because I THOUGHT a product would work for me. In today's sihpping culture, returns are expected. I will likely have find to a shop with a better return policy since I'm new to this and would be grateful for some grace and a customer-friendly return policy.

If I could give a 0 I would. Basically pulled the i did not buy insurance scam and kept my money with "to bad so sad" kind of attitude. Sad to have folks like this doing business in the Ashville NC community. Find another supplier.
DON’T BUY!
I’m at a loss and this site is a scam. They supposedly shipped my item over a week ago- I reached out to Customer Service who said that the package is lost in transit and they are not responsible since I did not purchase insurance and they can do nothing more to help. I reached out to USPS to file a claim and per USPS- the tracking status indicated the item was never received by the postal service. The item I was purchasing is now out of stock. It’s ironic that it seems as though the item was batch scanned and is now lost? I’m thinking they claimed to drop it off simply so they could take my money and claim they are not responsible. It’s really really terrible and they are of no help. The worst customer service and company. DONT WASTE TIME OR MONEY HERE

Never received my grinder after over a month. Tried emailing and got no response. I was charged immediately and it never shipped.
I now have to dispute the charge on my card. Buyer beware.
Edit: 6 days after I sent an email, they replied here stating that they never heard from me.

Great prices and customer service
Great prices and customer service. Shipping not the best though in terms of speed. Got my product I think about 7-8 days from when I ordered.
One of my devices had issues within 30 days and they offered to talk to the manufacturer. In another case, my device had an issue after 30 days. They don't provide support for this but they at least pointed me to the right place. That's good customer service compared to other vendors I've talked to.
They also have a good selection of products. I'm pretty happy with their service and will shop here again.
