Good customer service experience. Trust this brand to own up its quality concerns. Replaced a bottle cap despite the breakage during transit, after confirming that quality was OKed at the time of packing.

The product is cool but the main thing i am missing and the product is incomplete without "Headway bear logo" that looks amazing on product but the profuct i got doesnt have and it also impact my expectation for brand. Could you please take my bottle back and print bear logo on it. I ll love it ...thanks

Bad Product, Worst Customer Service
The product recieved was not in a brand new condition....was having dents and scratches.
Tried reaching through the WhatsApp Chat bot and connect with an agent....but couldn't and nobody tried to reach out to me

The product was damaged from the…
The product was damaged from the outside with a dent on the top and the plastic component on the inside was already broken. The middle compartment is vaccum sealed and no matter what I do, doesn't open . After paying 3000 inr for this I'll engineered product, it's just plain pathetic and been a horrible experience. I want a replacement for this with a good quality product that works well. I hope you learn to make better products and your customer service is so damn lousy.

Customer service is worst when it comes…
Customer service is worst when it comes to order cancellation it's never happening. When issue is being raised it is not being attended at all. For all query there is no one point of contact. Where we can redress the issue.overall as an organisation we would not like to place any order with you seeing the worst customer service from your end.
We have approached you considering that you are dealing with corporates and it will be a good experience. While in actual sorry to say but all that glitters is not gold. Stands true for your customer service.

Great water bottle! The only improvement I would suggest is to give control over the volume of water that comes out of the top. Right now it is a bit too low.
