The Healing Tree Avis 

It saddens me to rate this so low. I ordered a pair of knee warmers and as I read it
“Buy one Get One Free” I ordered them expecting 2 pairs.
Maybe I was being optimistic, but I was confused when only ONE knee warmer arrived (in a very timely manner I should tell you).
Okay so maybe it was buy one knee warmer and get one free but I still should have received two!
I have contacted Healing Tree twice about my order and have not received any kind of acknowledgement of my emails let alone an apology or explanation of the deal.
I have seriously considered going to Facebook and voicing my frustration thinking that might get a response from them but really don’t want to do that.
Instead, this is the rating you get and one less customer in the future

Really liked the coconut oil lip balm. My lips did not chap or dry out. Will order again.
Also like the white konjac sponges, which were soft and gentle on my sensitive skin.

I always get my orders fast and they always answered any questions. Plus, I loved their products specially the green tea soap. I would totally recommend buying from them.

I received much more than I ordered and on the back of each package of tea was written best used by 4/26/19!!!! I need for you guys to make this right!!!

I ordered small and got medium instead.
I didn't want the bother of returning so simply kept the medium but checked my order and it did say S

Thank you for quick response. The knee sleeve fit fine and was effective.

It took a very long time to receive my order, I would have rather been refunded than received it or knowing how long it would take I would have not have made the purchase in the first place.

Reordering a few of my favorite products...great service and as always efficient.

The brace doesn’t fit below the knee. It is inadequate support to keep my knee from buckling. I don’t feel the warmth and I don’t get pain relief.

Love these products. I wash my face 2x a day with the charcoal soap and my face feels amazing. No drying at all. No blemishes and I swear the fine lines are diminishing. I do not use any other product to wash my face. I save money and no harsh chemiicals/toxins going in my body!

Product (knee wrap/brace) has been a help and is better than others I've tried.

Measurements are way off for the bamboo knee warmers but they were exchanged without any problem.

It’s been awhile since I ordered from your company. I’m never disappointed with your products. I like you have natural items without all the chemicals in them , so our bodies can recover naturally like it is supposed to do.

I first used the carpel wristbands and they gave me wonderful relief. I ordered the knee band with the same wonderful results. I recommended them to everyone.
