Thank you for your response. However, I disagree with your characterization of my experience.

You stated that my dissatisfaction was due to a "mismatch in philosophy, beliefs, and expectations." That is not accurate. My concerns have never been about differing beliefs or philosophies. My concerns are based on my direct experience with your company, particularly my interactions with Nicole and your team.

The issue is not that I expected miracles or instant results. The issue is that I felt misled by the representations made about your services, and when I requested a refund, as your policy states I can the professionalism, empathy, and values you promote were no longer reflected in the way I was treated.

You also state that you take communication and customer experience seriously. Yet it took approximately two years for my review to receive a response. In my view, that delay alone reflects the level of customer service I experienced.

My original review was written because of what I experienced firsthand: poor communication, a lack of accountability, and treatment that I found dismissive and disrespectful when concerns about a refund were raised.

I stand by my original review. I am sharing my experience so that others can make an informed decision before spending their time and money. While your experience with the company may differ, mine was disappointing and does not align with the values and standards described in your response.

Nicole is very efficient at pointing out the emotional wounds we have and in telling us what we need to heal, I felt comfortable in the group and Nicole also manages the group setting very well

I felt heard, connected and became emotional during the retreat. It was a valuable experience and I have no problem giving 5 stars. My oncologist said my stage 4 prostate cancer will leave me between 4-8 yrs to live. My chemotherapy, hormone replacement, radiotherapy and 3 strokes(full recovery) leaves me feeling a little empty at times to say the least. I look forward to following up with Nicole.

I really enjoyed the retreat. Many issues were discussed about the causation factors of my colon cancer, and why it metastasis to my liver. Discussions on what pathways to take for healing was enlightening. I was pleased that it was spiritual driven. Nicole Ling has a gift. Her assessment of me was right on point.I am glad that I attended, I will be following up with a 1 on 1 session with her.

Nicole has demonstrated a vast amount of knowledge and intuition. The healing session was excellent, I had an incredible night’s sleep after the 3 hours I spent with Nicole. I can’t wait to do the entire program.

Nicole shows us what can be done beyond wishful thinking. To describe cancer as the SYMPTOM of an underlying cause is more than hopeful it is truly a miracle. I am ready to fight!

Before the date I was kind of nervous about going on a group retreat talking in front of others. I felt confident as I started listening to Nicole talking to all of us, very professional, honest, very open to everyone. Nicole give the time to each one of us and dedicate her attention to what we answer or have to say then she let us know the root cause. All the group was very respectful and give the space to each other to express. I had an extremely great experience at the Healing Warrior Retreat, very happy to assist, I honesty recommend to go for if you having trouble deciding to or not.

Nicole is very good at getting to the heart of things that are creating issues in the body. I appreciate the honesty and help that she was able to give all of us in the retreat.

The retreat was very valuable for me. Teacher Nicole was able to clearly identify the root cause and what I was experiencing, and that brought a lot of clarity. I felt seen and understood. The healing process felt insightful and helped me understand things on a deeper level.I’m grateful for the space, advice and guidance that was provided by Teacher Nicole. Thank you so much.

Nicole and her team have been a huge part of my healing journey w/ Breast Cancer. With Nicole and her team’s help, I was able to move through my chemotherapy treatments with ease. I didn’t have many side-effects from the chemotherapy and I got to keep a lot of my hair! :)

I am now cancer-free. Nicole is such an excellent coach and helped to guide me every step of the way, from helping me make decisions about what treatments to go with, what questions to ask my doctors, to how to prepare my mind, emotions, and body for treatments and surgery.

In addition to healing my body, I also experienced a profound transformation in how I live my life. Nicole’s coaching also helped me learn about the root cause of the cancer, helped change patterns that no longer served me, removed limiting beliefs and helped me regulate my emotions better.

Today I feel like a different person, more peaceful, mature, connected, aligned, and grateful.

I am currently a student of Healing Warrior Wellness and am learning how to use both Western and Eastern Medicine to heal my stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. This is exactly what I was searching for and am working daily on specific ways to heal and understand the causes of this illness on a very personal level. So grateful to have been led to this gifted and intuitive program.

I started working with Nicole a few weeks ago. She is a highly dedicated professional with a wonderful team. I have been treated with extreme care and respect, and I am always only one message away from support.
I am very grateful I get to work with Nicole and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for healing. But you must do the work!

At the end of the Healing Warrior Retreat, my pain was dramatically lessened and I felt relief at the message regarding what the way I've been approaching life looks from a spiritual perspective (looks hard) and that better choices are in front of me right now. I was skeptical at the beginning and have much greater confidence in this approach now. Environment felt safe, supportive, loving and comfortingly professional. Grateful for Holy Spirit, Nicole and her team. Highly recommend.

We just had our initial session with Nicole. She is on point with her assessment of the root causes of the different diseases and illnesses. She did a meditation for us and it was very relaxing as she have calming voice. She seems very knowledgable, and I am excited to work with her to heal.

Great program about healing. Just starting the training about healing and miracles but really enjoying.

When I joined the Ultimate Miracle program for the first time Nicole said "Nothing important about me I am just an ordinary woman" I would think so but I found her special in so many ways. We have over 8 billion people around the world and she is the only person I know who opened the door to God. For my whole life, I would never have believed that someone could contact God in such a way. So at the moment, she prays to God and asks a Miracle for the cat, and she opens the door to God. I think the world needs to know about this, people around the world have to know about God.

Just before today's holy fire began, my left knee suddenly felt an excruciating pain (from past old injury). As the session progresses the pain just go away with simple tweak of a moment like a miracle. I believe this is the work of Holy Spirit who is constantly guiding us and taking care of us in times of need. I m most grateful for His presence, guidance and compassion always🙏🙏🙏
