I’m giving the Health and Her a 3 star. I would have given it 5* as I have been using the Sleep+ and the Perimenopause tablets for a couple of years and feel they are helping . Unfortunately an issue... Voir plus

A great help
I was really struggling with lethargy and anxiety and fairly sure this was a hormonal issue due to age (I'm 43) and other factors. I've been taking perimenopause supplements for almost two months now and I do feel my symptoms have improved significantly. I won't say they're a magic bullet but I do feel they're a great help in managing overall well-being at this tricky stage of life!

Finally starting to feel human again
Finally starting to feel human again, by using HnH I realise I'm not alone and many ladies are going through and dealing with crazy times ... really has helped with the mood swings lack of sleep and energy levels . Thank you !!!

Has improved sleep
Started taking this two months ago and it is definitely helping with my sleep - sleeping deeply and not waking up as often to go to the loo! Love this and will continue taking

It’s incredible tablets
It’s incredible tablets! I was skeptical with taking this because others supplements I’ve tried have not been good enough for me. This product reduced lots of symptoms however still get some of the symptoms but much lighter which I’m so happy about it. It took me under two months for those to kick it in.
I’ve already recommended this to my friends and posted on perimenopause forums on social media.

Disappointed
Disappointed that the amount in the bottles has been reduced by half, the price has not changed and the customs charges aren’t absorbed.
The product has worked but the changes in the last few months between withdrawal from the market, half the amount of tablets and now the charges.

Thanks for your feedback. Following the email that we have sent you, Peri MInd+ (30 caps) and Peri Multi (60 caps) have the same amount of capsules as they have always had; a month's supply. This has not changed.
When purchasing from UK based businesses, people outside of the UK may incur local charges, as per our checkout notifications - this is not something we can control or benefit from. Ireland and the EU has separate regulations to the UK that do not allow for some ingredients to be sold without prescription. We are working hard to be available in the high street in Ireland in various retail outlets in the coming weeks. Best Wishes Team H&H

I wanted to cancel a pending order and within ten minutes, Helen had stopped the order being sent out and issued a refund. Can't fault their customer service at all.

I have always been sceptical of…
I have always been sceptical of supplements to help with peri menopause symptoms but I use the peri menopause multrinutrient support and the sleep supplements and I can honestly report they do work. I feel much less anxious, have fewer or next to no hot flashes, I sleep a lot better and feel a lot more relaxed than I used to. I have been taking them for a few months now and will continue to keep doing so.

Health & Her perimenopause tablets
Been taking the perimenopause multi nutrient tablets for 4 days now. I was very reluctant as I don’t take any tablets at all not even for a headache but I needed something to help with my anxiety and pms symptoms.
I can honestly say I feel so much calmer, I don’t have the endless thinking too much and just feeling normal.
My skin seems brighter and clearer and my stomach doesn’t feel as bloated.
