Hi there just was wondering if I can take these long term they have always worked a treat feel good again or would maybe id need to go for a annual blood test thanks 😊

I’m giving the Health and Her a 3 star. I would have given it 5* as I have been using the Sleep+ and the Perimenopause tablets for a couple of years and feel they are helping . Unfortunately an issue that I raised early on and continue to today is the wasteful use of the jar capacity. The tablets fill the glass jar to not even half way up and the sticker label covers this up mostly so you wouldn’t notice. It is so disappointing they haven’t sorted this out and it does is making me reconsider using this product.

Brilliant product, easy to order great customer service

Been taking ithese supplements now for a couple of months and I’ve noticed a big difference HRT wasn’t for its messed up with my cycle. My periods started again I came across these. My mood swings brain fog as well as other symptoms have improved but my moods are a lot calmer. My brain fog a lot less. I’m really impressed by these tablets, I would highly recommend them

My sleep has improved significantly since taking the Menopause supplement. Most of all, I think I've only had two flashes and they were nowhere near as intense as they were. I'm so glad I took a chance and placed an order. Previous reviews were correct! I will be ordering more.

I ordered some of these a month ago going through premenopause trouble sleeping really bad fatigue after a week started feeling better not as tired more energy started back exercising losing a bit of weight finally no night sweats feeling much better thankyou highly recommend

I am using Health & Her Perimenopause tablets 2 months now. Nearly straight away they helped me with brain fog and clearer, sharper thinking. I am also more alert and have more energy. That is a great win for me! No other changes with mood swings, periods but I am grateful for what they do.

I have been using the pre menstrual tablets for a year now and find them AMAZING. They have really improved my PMS moods and irritability and physical symptoms too (sore breasts and cramps). You do have to take 2 a day consistently for them to have an impact but it is so worth it :)

I have been taking these for about a month and although the ordering was quick and the delivery was speedy I have felt no different which is a shame

I bought this product at CVS because my libido had been very low for years. I had tried many different supplements from Amazon before, but none of them worked for me.
This product really surprised me. I started taking 2 capsules a day, and by the third day I already noticed a big difference. I felt more excited and ready for intimacy again.
It actually worked so well for me that I decided to lower the dose to just 1 capsule per week because the effect was very strong.
For me, this has been a very good product and I would 100% recommend it.

I’ve been taking the health and her sleep !! They are terrible. Don’t help me sleep in fact I’m more awake being on them. Don’t use unless you wanna be moody in the morning.

The other health and her 9) and 4) I’m taking are really good.

I have just started but I can definitely feel a difference in my health. Looking forward to the continued progress.
