Shipping was fast but unfortunately I haven’t seen any changes in any aspects it’s supposed to help.

I've been using the Perimenopause Multi-Nutrient Support supplement as directed for a few weeks now, and have experienced a noticeable difference in my energy, mood, and ability to concentrate. The ordering experience was easy, it arrived in a timely manner, and the price was quite reasonable. I also really appreciate the resources on their website, particularly the articles and expert advice. Will definitely order another bottle, and I'm considering signing up for a subscription. I've been really struggling with my symptoms for the past several months, and I'm so grateful I found Health & Her and decided to give them a try.

Started to take the menopause capsules and i experienced the most awful headaches.I know it's the capules as i have never had headaches like this before . I think with reviews of the side effects some are getting you should be looking at what goes in these before someone gets really ill.

Arrived quickly. Started taking these 3 weeks ago. I don't feel like these have helped at all other than giving me gripeing stomach pains and bloated stomach. I haven't had these before symptoms before.

I am currently using the multi nutrient Health and Her. I am on week 3. I stopped my probiotics and digestive enzymes. Barely had any major bloating, sleeping amazing, brain fog is slowly getting better and waiting to see if weight gets better. So far I am very happy with this product. I am also 44. 45 in October 2025.

Started raking health and her tablets for perimenopause.

No reactions for me, so all good, my periods were coming 4 to 5 days early every single month, I'm 42 July... I've literally came on today, exactly 1 month from last date so seems to have regulated that, hopefully it continues.

It hasn't given me energy, if anything I'm more tired, taking naps in afternoons and hardly keeping eyes open at night which is something I never do. But I will carry on taking them.

Took a while but yes! These absolutely work.
