We work closely with the NHS and pharmaceutical companies to dispense and deliver prescription medicine whilst providing nurse support to those patients that need it.

For some patients we will simply dispense and deliver their medicine, for some we may provide training on how to administer their medicine, whereas others may require ongoing nurse support to have their medicine administered for them.
We will work closely with our patient’s hospital team to ensure their medicine and/or care is provided to them safely and according to their prescription.

Delivery was very good and on time which helped a lot as it was in the middle of the day which interfered with morning and afternoon opportunities. Delivery was much better than trying to contact Health net. Tried three times and failed to get an answer each time. One of my calls took over 1 hour and no answer.

All went well the only thing is when I order my medication although it says option for am/pm it doesn’t move on for me to select so it’s not until the night before when I know my time slot.

NHS service provider that gives your personal info to third parties
Healthnet is contracted to deliver medications for the NHS, but now seem to think its okay to give the unique email address I use for them and the NHS to Trust Pilot, Google reviews and who knows who else without permission. This is a breach of data protection and GDPR laws at the worst level. They should not be allowed an NHS contract.

Once again HealthNet provided the delivery company with an incomplete address which finally I hope I’ve managed to sort out. However it caused the delivery driver much angst and had to ring me at work for clarification.

The delivery driver phoned me when he didn't get an answer when he knocked
The delivery driver came on time and phoned me as I hadn't heard him knock, even though I was downstairs and - I thought - alert to the fact that the delivery was due.
