First of all, I work. following initial delivery of my meds, and 3 nurse visits, which I had to take holiday from work.
In this day and age, with all logistic Technology, the delivery options for my meds are a complete Joke, even though I work part-time and able to accommodate from 1pm. Every interaction with this company, I've made everything perfectly transparent, concerning when I can accept a delivery at my address. I cannot offer an alternative address e.g., with a neighbour, because they work too! Not applicable to deliver to work also. last interaction with a customer service op, was totally unhelpful. cant deliver to local chemist, as they don't accommodate that anymore. When asked for a forwarding escalculation of a complaint, was asked "what do you want to complain about?" My previous service provider of medication, were the complete polar opposite! Its 2026, serious time for change from this company. don't know what this entails for my future med delivery, but my experience has been DIRE!

As soon as I have received a delivery I started getting reminders both by email and texts about the next delivery to the pint I felt harassed. I asked to not receive these and then received a reminder by post!
Not receiving the reminders also disables the app from being updated with delivery times. Surely this could be rectified - I now have to telephone each time to find out my delivery time!!

Had no reminders of the delivery today. Nice driver but forcing people to use an app is not the way. I won't download it. Other similar companies don't use it. This is the third time I've been forced to use Sciensus, and they just do what suits them, and couldn't give a fig about patients.

Delivery is joke.they only delivering 3 days out of 7.and always in the morning when i am at work.i am rarely off on they days and tried to ask them if its possible to deliver my meds later in the day after i come home from work and been told they cannot give me specific time.always have to keep rescheduling delivery and missing my medication.many people depending on their meds and need to take them on schedule wich is difficult with this system.i changed my days off at work to be home on tuesday and my delivery didnt arrive anyway because they told me their car has broken down.been booked for 2 weeks.now i will most likely run out again because of them.what a joke of a company

For some reason the app no longer works it keeps asking for my account email then sends a text to enter a four digit code to activate my account in the app. After phoning about this and spent hours trying to log in I have given up which is sad because when it was working it was great but now uninstalled not impressed with this at all

Contacted the company to request they skip one month's delivery, as I had a large stock in my fridge and other injections I hold.
They then stopped delivery altogether.
I tried to get it reinstated but I was told I would have to arrange this through the hospital.
Eventually, I was able to do so.
I contacted Sciensus to inform them that my delivery address had changed.
This had not been recorded or passed to the driver.
I have now for the fourth time contacted them to change the address.
Expecting a delivery today. The driver arrived at the address I had told them was no longer available, and rang me to say he had arrived.
I told him it was no longer the delivery address, I was only up the road in the next village.
I gave him my postcode. He said it was in the opposite direction to his next drop off.
The Sat Nav would have told him I was a 4-minute drive from him. Yet he would still not deliver to me.
The delivery from this company in my experience is awful.
I am only hoping that when I next see my consultant I can request to collect it from the local hospital or a different delivery option.

This company is amazing, everything they say they will do, they deliver! I've received nothing but excellent service from medical advice, follow up nurse calls & delivery. I've just received my latest medical supply from a great guy called Michael (Rogers?) from the Plymouth branch right on time I was told it would be delivered.

My husband has had nothing but trouble over the last 8 months with delivery of his cancer tablets. He has put a formal complaint in and was assured future deliveries would not be affected. Have they listen, no. Latest delivery has been changed at the last minute and it won’t be the full month supply, only half with the rest hopefully being delivered next week. This causes stress which is the last thing someone with cancer needs. We have complained to the hospital and will do so again, as they are not delivering the service they are being paid for.

I never have to worry about having my injection. I can rely on Sciensis both for the delivery and giving of my injections. One less thing to worry about.
