I was a little suspicious at first…seemed too good to be true. I saved about $700 on a brand new Inogen One G5 oxygen concentrator for a Veteran who needed one. It shipped immediately, arrived on time and works perfectly - just as advertised by “Jeff.” I would definitely buy from HO Medical Supplies again.

My husband had wanted to get a portable…
My husband had wanted to get a portable oxygen device for awhile. After a couple of years talking about it We finally bought one, today he had a Doctor appointment so instead of taking his heavy tank he took the portable. It just worked out better for both of us. We had wanted to be able to take a trip to visit some family in another state and this should make the trip easier. So far I am glad I found your Site, Sign us a Happier Couple.

I purchased a new Inogen One G5 portable concentrator, very pleased with the product and service I got from the Health Outlet Store, shipment stated allow 3-5 day delivery, I received on the 3rd business day. I could not wait to get unit charged up and in service, all items were very well packaged in manufacturing package, very pleased with my purchase, HO was least expensive on the internet and glad that I made the purchase.

I emailed a concern that is making me…
I emailed a concern that is making me regret buying this. And now it's tripled because since I emailed them, I have not heard a word, it's like they want nothing to do with me. The battery doesn't last 16 hours, and it doesn't have enough flow power. My oxygen levels are extremely lower than on my other conserving device.

The double battery version you purchased provides up to 13 hours of use on setting 1. For higher oxygen needs, the usage time decreases. If the machine is delivering lower oxygen levels than specified, we are eager to help, as we provide a 3-year warranty on the Inogen One G5.
