Hear4U - Rothwell Avis 184

I've been using this company for a few years now for getting my ears unblocked, after my GP withdrew funding. Even though funding has since been restored, it's much quicker & more convenient to use Hear4U, rather than endure weeks of struggling to hear whilst the NHS process you. The service is very good & all my treatments have been successful, save for once, when one ear wasn't properly cleared. However, the problem was resolved with a return visit without further expense.

The receptionist was very welcoming on our early arrival.
The lady who removed my ear wax was very punctual, polite and efficient at her job.

From making an appointment to arriving at the reception was a breeze. The receptionist was efficient and friendly. I had my ears syringed by the clinician who was very informative and helpful. I also had a free hearing test. Overall my experience was excellent.

This was my second visit for treatment. Having been well satisfied with every aspect of my visit, I decided to return after suffering a blocked ear in the past few days. Initial contact online resulted in a prompt call back and an appointment the next day. Staff were friendly, professional and caring. Treatment was carried out efficiently and remedied my condition. All in all, this clinic offers a five star customer/ patient care experience which I would highly recommend. Many thanks.

Telephoned at 10 a m and was lucky to get a cancellation spot at1.30. Back home by 2.oo p m with clean ears. If you oil ears when blocked you have a great chance of early appointment.Excellent service and helpful , clarified receptionist. Thank you.

I have been going here for a few years, the receptionist is welcoming and very friendly, the audiologist makes you feel at ease while carrying out the procedure. Definitely recommend.

I have been before, and this time I was again able to book both my first visit and reschedule the follow-up visit quickly and easily. Both audiologists I saw were friendly and efficient although I felt the second was slightly more gentle, yet quite tenacious, and determined to remove all the offending material. It was, however, surprising that there was a search for some missing (special) equipment (clearly the place is not fully equipped!) but the standard implements were sufficient. I would recommend this place.

It states on line that the clinic is disabled access which is not true as the front door has steps to enter and when you need to go from the waiting area to the treatment area more steps
