Came across the clinic when looking to see if it was possible to have my elderly mother’s Phonak hearing aids reprogrammed. Travelling to have this done is no longer an option for her.
Was delighted to see that this was indeed an option. From the first contact, it has been a fantastic experience. Karoosh kept us informed every step of the way. One of the hearing aids needed repair and this was done promptly and at no extra charge.
My mother has her aids back retuned, they’re working beautifully and she’s delighted. She can hear properly again with the hearing aids she is happiest with.
I will be recommending Karoosh to friends with hearing aids that may need this service. Really can’t recommend him highly enough.

Excellent, first class service as always. I experience particular problems with hardened wax buildup which is dealt with expertly by Hearing Now. Micro-suction was undertaken over two sessions at no extra cost, to ensure all the wax was removed and to prevent any trauma to the ear. I wouldn’t trust my ear care to anyone else

I was pointed in the direction of HearingNow by my GP. Managed to get an appointment quickly. Nejad was excellent. Put me at ease, and having cleaned both ears out was also quick to spot the need to refer me back to my GP for ABs and an urgent referral to see an ENT consultant. The ENT consultant also said that Nejad had spotted a problem at an early stage and deserved recognition for that. Great service, knowledgeable and I’ll definitely go back and recommend to others. Five star.

I have always wanted to have the latest CROS hearing aid but unfortunately my home town doesn't always have the latest models. I found HearingNow on google and consulted online with Dr. Nejad and his recommendations were fantastic! I was thinking whether I'd go with Phonak Infinio Cros or Starkey Edge AI but I ended up choosing Phonak Infinio CROS because of its local support and community. Buying it online at HearingNow was scary at first, since I never visited the clinic. but later on I saw that it is licensed to dispense hearing aids so I gave my whole trust on it and bought it. After 2 weeks, I received it in good condition, tuned to my hearing with complete accessories and Dr. Nejad upgraded my charger as well. Big thank you to HearingNow and Dr Nejad for making hearing aids more accessible to people like me who lacks resources. If there was something that could have improve the experience, it was having the shipment labeled as "FRAGILE" and sealed in bubble wraps since these are expensive devices that can easily get damaged during transportation, I received my box with the items tossed around, could have been avoided. but overall, still an amazing experience and would love to order again!

Very good experience. They used a video tool so I could see the problem with my ear, they recommended only the service I needed, and the man took the time to show and describe the changes in the ear and the structures. Quick, professional and sorted out the problem. Also easy to get to via bike, public transport or car (parking onsite). Highly recommend.

I visited Mr Koorosh Nejad office in Crystal Palace on 2nd Oct. I found the experience very friendly and professional. I had audiometry test completed and he explained different models of hearing aids. I chose widex because i was used to it. I again visited him on 7th Oct and was fitted a new set of hearing aids. Results of the test were carefully explained,as was the operation of my new hearing aids. He also established the connection of my new hearing aids to my IPhone.

I was greeted at the reception , taken straight to the room asked a few questions about my condition , then the gentleman throughly explained the procedure and what to expect after he examined me . the whole process was completed in 20 minutes and now my hearing has fully returned so i am a very satisfied patient .

A couple of years I rang Hearing Now in desparation because my mother's hearing aids weren't working. She was 90 and housebound, her only pleasure was audiobooks as she is also nearly blind. It was new year. My husband hopped on a bus to Dulwich and the hearing aids were fixed on the spot. We have also used the home visit service to dewax her ears and check the settings of the hearing aids. The service we get is perfect - prompt, sensitive and efficient. Today we were fitted in very quickly after a long hospital stay left my mum completely waxed up. She may not last long now and we really appreciate that she can now actually hear us, and her beloved audio books. After increasingly frustrating non-service and labyrinth-like call centres from a large Chemist chain with a name reminiscent of footwear, I have been delighted to find that hearing care need not be that way. Hearing Now are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone.
